Hey there! Summer has moved on, but our teams have worked hard without vocations on our product updates and added some new features. Here's a sneak peek at what they've been working on.

⚙️ GR8 CRM

Our CRM team has been hard at work with the journey builder, gamification tools, back-office, and content studio. Let's take a closer look!

Journey Builder

New promotion mechanic: Choosable Bonus 

A new promotion mechanic is being introduced to Journey Builder: the Choosable Bonus, also known as the Bonus of Your Choice or Bonus Menu. This feature lets you provide players with multiple promotions, but with a unique twist - the player can only choose one option from the available bonuses.

You can now create promotions that allow players to choose from a list of bonuses by combining the Multipurpose Promotion activity with the Choosable Flows gateway. Once a player selects and confirms their preferred bonus, the other options will no longer be available.

This enhancement offers a more personalized and engaging promotional experience, empowering players to choose the rewards that best suit them.

  • If you see the new Choosable Flows activity in your Journey Builder, your system is ready to start creating these dynamic promotions.
  • All existing bonus conditions remain unchanged, including the 1 deposit to 1 promotion rule and the priority for applying deposits and bets to promotions.

Next level of flexibility with Cashback Bonuses in Journey Builder

The Casino and CRM teams are excited to announce that new features are now available in Journey Builder. These enhancements will provide our clients with even more opportunities to create personalized and effective marketing campaigns. They will also allow them to tailor Cashback bonuses more precisely.

What’s new?

  • Cashback bonus for deposits: Our clients can now set up a Cashback bonus as a reward for deposits, encouraging players to make new deposits and increasing their engagement.
  • New Cashback collection mechanism – Turnover: In addition to “Loss,” clients can now collect cashback based on “Turnover.” This allows them to choose the approach that best fits their business strategy.
  • Cashback bonus with or without wagering: Cashback can be credited directly to the player’s main balance without wagering requirements or to the bonus balance with wagering. This gives clients the flexibility to create terms that best match their audience.
  • Combining different flows: Clients can combine Cashback bonuses with other activities in Journey Builder, creating multifaceted and engaging campaigns for their players.
  • More options for managing Providers & Games for Cashback bonuses: Clients can now precisely configure which providers and games will participate in cashback collection, ensuring more accurate and relevant bonus offerings.
  • Flexible Cashback bonus settings: New configuration options allow our clients to tailor bonuses even more precisely to their needs, including Bonus payout, Bet result, Minimum total amount of collected bets, Days to collect bets, and other options that make setting up bonuses even more convenient and flexible.
  • Easy setup of promo materials: It’s now simpler for our clients to configure communication materials that effectively convey their offers to players.

These updated features allow our clients to increase the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns, attract more players, and boost their activity on the platform. With flexible settings and new capabilities, they can create even more personalized offers that meet their audience's needs, resulting in more revenue.

Editing communications content in running journeys 

To make journey management easier and address some communication issues more effectively, we have introduced the ability to edit content in the following communication activities of running journeys:

  • SMS
  • Email
  • Native Push
  • Web Push
  • Notification Center

Managers with permission to edit settings in a published journey will automatically have access to content editing.

Once changes are made, a new content version will be created and applied for future communication sent after the journey is republished.

The system will display the last content version date, the author, and the version number, which will be logged for each communication sent to a player and shown in the Journey Log.

Campaign connector as a bridge between journeys 

Get ready for an exciting update in Journey Builder - the Campaign Connector activity now acts as a seamless link between different journeys. This new feature allows you to smoothly transition players from one journey to another with minimal delays. We designed it to simplify the shift from EVA to Journey Builder while retaining your already familiar functionality.

How it is going to work:

  • In the Consumer Journey (the journey that will receive players): Use the input source API and set the Source to Journey.
  • In the Producer Journey (the journey that will send players)Insert the Campaign Connector activity into your scenario. 
  • In the activity settings, select journey as the Campaign’s Product Type. Select the target journey to which you want to send the players.

Gamification Updates

1. Randomizer

Managers can now mark a Journey as an Empty prize for users. A special message saying "Try next time" will be shown if a user receives this prize. The content of this message can be edited.

2. Tournament's Quests Copy

Managers can now easily duplicate Quest Periods when copying a Tournament, making the setup process more efficient. More details about Tournaments and Quests are available.

3. Show Gamification Entities to Non-Logged-In Users

Non-logged-in users can now access selected content on the Gamification Page. Managers can choose which content is visible to non-logged-in users for each feature, except for Avatars and personal statistics.

Content Studio

We're excited to share an update to Salesforce's notification settings management. You can now conveniently find these settings under a dedicated tab on the Contact page. You can quickly turn notifications on or off from this tab as needed. We hope it streamlines your experience with Salesforce.

Gamification BO updates

Deposits & Withdrawals

We have added a new condition type for Deposits & Withdrawals, which allows the system to track user withdrawals and deposits as changes in balance, not just positively. This helps in reducing fraud. For more information, please refer to our Knowledge Hub.

Players section filter update

Based on your requests, we have improved the filter in the Players section of CRM BO, making it easier for managers to filter by the Completed + Collected condition.

👤 Player Account Management (PAM)

Expanding Regulatory Features 

Over the past few sprints, our team has been focused on expanding regulatory features. We’ve successfully launched a range of Responsible Gambling tools and other regulatory enhancements, including:

  • RG: Player Time Limits: Enables players to set daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly limits on their gameplay duration.
  • RG: Player Bet Limits: Restricts the amount of players who can bet within a specific time frame.
  • Account Re-Confirmation via Facial Recognition: This feature enhances account security by requiring verified players to periodically re-confirm their accounts using facial recognition technology.
  • Player Financial Statement: Allows players to download their account financial statements directly from their account interface.

In addition to these regulatory updates, the UBO is progressing on schedule with the following:

  • Payment Account Widget in "Player Info": A new widget in the Player Info section displays the payment accounts the player uses for deposits or withdrawals.
  • VIP Player Permission Handling: A new permission has been added to handle sensitive information related to VIP players.
  • Expanded Permissions for "Player Info" and "Limits and Restrictions": Permissions for Player Info and Limits/Restrictions have been updated and expanded.

Responsible Gaming updates 

  • We have expanded the scope of KYC restrictions: The player will now be restricted from making bets, deposits, and withdrawals without set limits. Many gambling regulators require this feature.
  • We have implemented new game activity restrictions, "Play breaks." This feature requires the player to pause regularly during game activity, and many gambling regulators require it.
  • We have added the Responsible Gaming Notification banner, which informs players that they need to verify their accounts and set the necessary limits.

💻 Content Management System (CMS)

Introducing language-based targeting for CMS pages and widgets. You can efficiently target specific languages using the new Display Option setting. This feature enables you to tailor content based on the language chosen by the player, allowing for effective content segmentation. It's a game-changer for Global Brand clients, as it enables a single brand to offer diverse CMS content tailored to the language preferences of their players.

Sports bonuses for deposit updates

When a bettor receives a bonus but lacks sufficient funds to cover the required deposit amount fully, we will temporarily lock their available balance. The full deposit amount will be held as locked funds, and once the bet is settled, the locked balance will be restored to the required amount. This enhancement guarantees that bonuses are granted even when funds are low, leading to a reduction in support requests.

Ability to launch promotions with conditions

We have updated the REA in the activity setting to enable the launch of promotions with specific conditions. Now, it's possible to incentivize the use of BetBuilder by setting requirements such as using a Freebet on a bet with at least one BetBuilder outcome on soccer matches with odds from 1.5 or placing 3 Parlay bets with at least one BetBuilder outcome on cricket and/or soccer to earn a Freebet of €20. These improvements will enhance our promotional capabilities and drive engagement with BetBuilder.
