Theme Switcher 

❗ Only for BetBook websites (web and mobile versions).

The Theme Switcher is live on the BetBook website. Now, players can choose between dark, light, system, or hybrid modes to tailor the interface to their preferences. This added control results in longer sessions and higher engagement.

Available modes:

  • Dark: All Sports and Casino pages appear in dark mode;
  • Light: All Sports and Casino pages appear in light mode;
  • System: Adapts automatically to the player’s device settings;
  • Hybrid: Displays Sports pages in light and Casino pages in dark.

✅ The Theme Switcher widget is now available in the new Sidebar Menu.

Sort by RTP for the AI Trend Model

We’ve strengthened our Casino Games Recommendation Model to give operators better insights into player behavior and game performance. 

Types of casino trend recommendations:

  • Trend Model: Ranks games by the number of active players;
  • Trend Turnover: Features games by total betting turnover;
  • Trend Revenue: Highlights games by generated revenue.

With the latest release, operators can also sort the AI Casino Trend Model by Return to Player (RTP) values calculated for the previous 24 hours. The new feature allows them to test whether users prioritize a slot game that hasn’t paid out for a long time.

RTP formula:

RTP = Payout / Turnover (Payin)

🔄 Mirror Management System (MMS) 

Let’s check out what’s new in the MMS module that gives operators control over traffic and content delivery across multiple domains and regions. 

Mirror Autologin

❗Only for the full-platform frontend.

The Mirror Autologin Flow improves session continuity for players switching between mirrors. For operators who use mirror functionality, it brings fewer drop-offs and a more consistent betting experience.

How it works:

The user logs in to the domain → The domain becomes blocked → The user is redirected to the new mirror domain → After clicking “Log In,” the user automatically logs into the system without entering credentials.

How to test the feature:

📩 Our clients must submit a configuration request or contact the Account Manager, as the Flow is not enabled by default for all brands. 

⚙️ Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

“CANCEL” Output in Journey Builder

Unlock greater flexibility with the “CANCEL” output—the feature that adjusts bonus mechanics in Journey Builder. 

How it works:

If a player rejects a promotion, they don’t drop out of the journey. Instead, an operator sees the “Canceled” status and gets the possibility to redirect users to an alternative scenario.

Key benefits for operators:

  • Streamlined Journey management through deeper insights into user behavior;
  • Higher user retention thanks to more adaptable bonus mechanics.

📌 The “CANCEL” output is available only for the specific activities in Journey Builder where cancellation is logically relevant (i.e., bonus or promotion mechanics where a player can opt in/out), and does not affect any current or planned journeys. 

Deposit-Based Configurations for Rewards

From now on, CRM managers can segment the Decision Split activity in Journey Builder using the Satisfied Deposit Payment Method. The update lets operators strengthen player loyalty by aligning bonus types with their preferred deposit options. 

Possible flow:

Multipurpose Promotion/Promotion Activity → Deposit Condition → Decision Split (Satisfied Deposit Payment Method) → Reward Type Activity (e.g., Sport Bonus, Casino Bonus, etc.)

💡 Recommendation for our clients: 

Add a Deposit Condition activity before the Decision Split in the User Journey Flow to enable the segmentation by Satisfied Deposit Payment Method.

New Status for Published Journeys

Here's one more update in Journey Builder: a “Publish Failed” status. This status ensures transparency across Journey Flows and helps operational managers spot publishing-related issues and take immediate action.

How it works:

  • If a Journey gets published partially (i.e., some activities fail), the status will appear right away, letting operators fix the issue promptly; 
  • If  Journey activities (mostly in the Casino) have already sent data to external systems, the status will also appear. Although operators won’t be able to edit the activities due to third-party restrictions, they can still edit other parameters or republish this Journey and, in this way, maintain overall consistency and accuracy.

Variables in Widget Block 

Widget variables are now available in Journey Builder’s visual settings. With this update, CRM teams can customize widgets and reuse dynamic content across multiple journeys. For operators, this means faster workflows and extra options for UX personalization. 

CRM Engagement Improvements 

We’ve also expanded CRM functionality for player engagement. Now, operators can diversify campaigns, streamline reporting, and personalize loyalty programs with greater control.

Key updates:

  • Gamification in Campaign Connector: Add avatars, stickers, sticker books, and other mechanics in Journey Builder, and apply them in different scenarios (Randomizer, Bonuses, etc.);
  • HTML-Supported Fields: Identify with ease which gamification fields allow HTML customization;
  • Custom Backgrounds in Level Program: Upload tailored backgrounds for the Level Program banners;
  • Bonus Shop Export Log: Export the Bonus Shop logs within the CRM Back Office;
  • Manual Deposit (VLP): Include manual deposits for the VIP Loyalty Programs in calculations.

Bonus Display in Amount Blocks

We’ve enhanced the deposit flow by featuring a bonus directly in the “Amount” blocks on the Payment Widget. This extension of the “Bonus Display” feature helps operators drive higher average deposits while motivating players to top up their accounts.

How it works:

  • If a general bonus or a bonus tied to a specific payment group is active, the bonus value now appears above the “Amount” blocks on the “Deposit” screen;
  • If the payment group has the “Amount” blocks, but the bonus is not configured, players see only the “Amount” blocks;
  • The bonus appears only when the selected ”Amount” block meets the minimum deposit requirement (e.g., if a bonus requires a $100 minimum deposit, and a player makes $80 deposit, the bonus will not appear in the “Amount” blocks);
  • When there is a maximum bonus cap, players see the maximum available bonus, even if their deposit exceeds the limit;
  • For bonuses with a fixed value, the same bonus amount will be displayed for all the “Amount” values;
  • The functionality applies to all bonus types, with no restrictions.

Why it matters for operators:

  • When players see the bonus directly in the “Amount” blocks, they tend to make larger deposits than initially planned;
  • More transparent bonus logic reduces friction and increases betting activity.
