We’ve just rolled out a fresh batch of platform updates designed to make your operations smoother, faster, and more profitable. Whether you’re looking to sharpen your sportsbook margins, boost casino engagement, or streamline day-to-day tasks, these new tools are built with your needs in mind.

⚽️ Sportsbook

Football Player Markets

If your sportsbook players are all about star power, we’ve got great news. We've just rolled out Football Player Markets — a new set of betting options that lets users bet on individual player stats like offsides, yellow cards, shots, and more.

Why it matters:

  1. Fans increasingly follow players, not just clubs. Now you can give them the tools to bet on their favorites.
  2. It’s a rare feature on the market — few competitors offer this kind of personalization.
  3. After just 1.5 months in production, we’re already seeing results: 📈 Turnover up by 1%, 💰 Margin over 20%

A better experience for your users:

We’ve built a dedicated “Players” tab in the layout, making these markets easy to find and use. It’s designed for fast engagement and smart browsing.

What’s next:

  • Adding prematch availability
  • Launching combined player markets like “Player to score + assist”
  • Introducing stat-based tips to help users place smarter bets

🎰 Casino

New Time-Saving Feature: Auto-Activate Game Toggle

Managing your casino content just got easier. If your team spends time manually activating every new game added to the platform — we’ve fixed that.

What’s new?

We’ve launched an Auto-Activate Game toggle in the back office. When switched on, all new games added to the platform will be automatically activated — no manual work required. Prefer to control what goes live? Simply switch it off and keep full manual control.

Built for operational ease:

  • Quick toggle in BO (top-right corner)

  • Confirmation popups to avoid mistakes

  • Only accessible to users with Edit permissions

  • No retroactive effect — applies only to newly added games

Why this matters for your team:

  • Cuts routine work

  • Speeds up content updates

  • Keeps control in your hands

Set it once, and let the platform do the rest.

♻️ Unified Back-office (UBO)

Smarter Player Targeting: New Segment Sources in UBO Engine

If you’re looking to sharpen your player targeting and streamline campaign setup, we’ve just made that easier. The UBO Segment Engine now supports two new data sources for defining segmentation conditions:

🔹 RISK segments – tap into behavioral and risk-based profiling
🔹 AMS segments – connect with advanced marketing segmentation data

This means you can now create more refined, data-driven segments directly in the UBO without juggling tools or duplicating logic elsewhere.

Coming Soon:

To simplify workflows and avoid overlapping functionality, RISK and AMS segment settings will be removed from CMS > Display Options. We'll notify you before this change goes live.

⚙️ Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Gamification, VLP & Level Program Now Live for iFrame Brands

Good news for all iFrame operators — you can now supercharge your CRM with Gamification, the VIP Level Program, and Loyalty mechanics.

These tools are designed to help you retain players longer, boost engagement, and grow LTV. Reward players with loyalty points, personalized perks, and tiered VIP experiences — all integrated into your sportsbook or casino via iFrame.

Early adopters have already seen improved retention and monetization thanks to these mechanics.

Heads-up:

Soon, you’ll be able to manage access to these features directly in UBO and take full control from your CRM Back Office.

New Engagement Tools to Level Up Your CRM Strategy

We’ve rolled out several updates to give CRM managers and marketers more precision and control over engagement mechanics — here’s what’s new:

✨ Rating Mechanic Fix
No more confusion around overlapping markets! Now, each bet counts toward the Rating mechanic separately — even in parlays — as long as conditions are met.

🎰 Bonus Fund Filtering for Casino Conditions
You can now exclude Casino Bonus Funds from gamification conditions using two dedicated fields: Bonus Funds and Bonus Wagering. Perfect for more accurate targeting.

📊 Level Program Log Export
Easily track and analyze player progress — CRM Managers can now export user data like points, current level, and join dates directly from the Level Program.

🛠️ Manual Points Management
Need to boost player rewards manually? Now you can! Add points for individuals or bulk upload via CSV in the Level Program.

🖥️ CRM Back Office UI Streamlined
We’ve merged “Edit” and “View” into a single Open action. Access will be based on user permissions. This UI update is coming soon — stay tuned.

Check out our Knowledge Hub for implementation details and start using these updates to fine-tune your retention strategies.

Journey Builder Just Got More Flexible

Descriptions for attributes and aggregates from the Data Hub are now visible directly in DWH activities, helping you better understand the logic behind each trigger and condition.

You can now configure a quick redirect from the Reward Modal of a Multipurpose promotion straight to the deposit page. This option is best used when the player doesn’t need to accept the next promotion manually for the deposit to qualify.

Import and export journeys as files is now available for internal use. Reach out if you’d like to enable this feature.

Event Collection in Journeys

CRM managers can now trigger actions based on multiple qualifying events instead of a single one using the new Collect Events functionality. Available for the Sport Bet event, it lets you define a collection period and set conditions such as total bet amount or number of bets. Actions will only trigger once these thresholds are met.

In Event Source, the system evaluates a player’s entire journey history within a sliding collection window. In Event Detector, the countdown begins only when the player reaches that activity—if conditions aren’t met in time, the player exits via the unsatisfied path.

This opens more flexibility in building advanced player journeys. Additional event types can be enabled for collection upon request.
