Some of you may be on summer vacation, but we work non-stop, and here is the proof: new features released in July. Here is how we are making operators' lives easier this time.

⚙️Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Enhanced Promotional Flexibility for Operators

We designed a feature to give iGaming operators greater control and flexibility in their promotional strategies: Decision Split logic integrated directly within promotion flows.

This feature creates more tailored and dynamic promotions by configuring different reward rules based on key player attributes and deposit conditions. It’s part of our ongoing effort to enhance promotional logic, starting with one of the most highly requested features: splitting sports bonuses based on deposit amounts that meet bonus requirements.

What This Means for Operators:

  • Sports Bonus with Deposit Conditions + Decision Split: Customize bonus settings depending on the player’s deposit amount, allowing you to offer targeted promotions based on player spending.
  • Sports Bonus without Conditions + Decision Split: Tailor bonus settings based on player attributes alone, allowing you to deliver personalized rewards without requiring specific deposit conditions.

CRM Engagement Mechanics Updates

Here are several updates to CRM Engagement Mechanics, designed to help iGaming operators create more personalized and effective player interactions:

1. New Events: Randomizer & Promo Page Accept

New events are now available to track user interactions with the Randomizer and Promo Page. Use these events in the Journey Builder to create targeted communications and drive engagement.

2. AMS Segments Based on Level Program

You can now create AMS segments based on a player’s level or the number of points they’ve earned in the Level Program. This allows you to tailor notifications, display widgets, and more, enhancing player personalization.

3. New Reward Type: Cash Bonus

A new reward template has been added to the Gamification Back Office, allowing you to offer Cash Bonuses as rewards, increasing flexibility in your player incentive strategies.

4. Editing Bonus Journeys for Active Promo Pages

Soon, you’ll be able to edit Bonus Journeys for active Promo Pages. Additionally, user participation logs will be available, providing valuable insights into player behavior during promotions.

5. 0% Probability in Randomizer Prizes

You can now set a 0% probability for any prize in the Randomizer, providing even more control over prize distribution and ensuring precise reward mechanics.

🏄‍♀️ Player Account Management (PAM)

Enhanced Currency Handling in Withdrawal Feed Widget

We're rolling out a cool update to the Withdrawal Feed Widget that makes handling multiple currencies way easier and more accurate.

Now, when players check their withdrawal amounts, they'll see it in their own active currency instead of the default one for the brand. This means they get the right info right away, making everything smoother and less confusing.

Plus, the widget now totally supports brands that deal with multiple currencies, adjusting automatically based on each player's settings.

KYC Restriction Segmentation by Marketing Attributes (Traffic Source)

This feature allows Operators to assign specific KYC restriction rules to targeted segments of Users based on marketing attributes captured during registration.

Operators can now request a customized restriction rule setup that will:

  • Define different sets of restriction rules based on marketing attributes;

  • Prevent Users from certain traffic sources from accessing too much;

  • Apply fewer restrictions to Users from trusted traffic sources;

  • Enable testing of various KYC restriction configurations;

  • Monitor the effectiveness of different restriction rules based on key metrics for a specific brand setup.

Default restriction rules at the brand level will still apply to Users without assigned marketing attributes or where no brand-specific rules are configured.

Currently, segmentation follows the standard flow and is configured upon request from the Operator.

This enhancement helps reduce the risk of fraud, increases flexibility, and opens up new testing opportunities through segmentation of KYC restrictions by traffic source.

♻️ Unified Back-Office (UBO)

New Sidebar Navigation

We’ve updated the sidebar to make it easier to navigate. Now, all pages are organized into two types of spaces:

1. Brand-specific spaces, which contain content for one specific brand.
2. Non-specific spaces, which hold shared or general content.

You can use a brand switcher within the brand-specific spaces to switch easily between brands.

Default Roles in UBO: Streamlined Onboarding and Enhanced Functionality Now Live

We’re pleased to announce the launch of the core functionality for Default Roles in the UBO, now live in the production environment. This update simplifies role management for operators and enhances efficiency across the system. Key Features and Their Benefits:

Automatic Default Role Creation for New Operators

  • For Clients: Speeds up onboarding by ensuring immediate access to the necessary tools and permissions.
  • For Us: Reduces setup time, minimizes human error, and ensures consistency across the platform.

Auto-Update of the “Admin” Role with New Permissions

  • For Clients: Admins always have access to the latest features without needing manual updates.
  • For Us: Saves time and reduces support queries related to missing permissions.

Apply or Update Default Roles for Existing Operators

  • For Clients: Keeps roles in line with the most current permission structure, ensuring operators stay up to date.
  • For Us: Minimizes manual errors and makes updates more efficient across the system.

Default vs Custom Role Types

  • For Clients: Clearly distinguishes between default and custom roles, preventing accidental changes to core system permissions.
  • For Us: Improves support, debugging, and consistency in access management.

Create a New Role by Copying Permissions from an Existing Role

  • For Clients: Speeds up role configuration by allowing users to duplicate permissions for similar roles easily.
  • For Us: Reduces configuration time and effort.

New “Troubleshooter” Default Roles

  • For Clients: Specialized roles for investigating specific issues (e.g., BI-related), with restricted access tailored to department needs.
  • For Us: Allows for more targeted support and streamlined troubleshooting.

With these enhancements, operators will experience faster onboarding, better role management, and reduced setup errors, all while improving consistency and support across the platform.

We’re excited to unveil Virtual Cricket Roulette, an innovative game that combines the classic thrill of roulette with the fast-paced action of virtual cricket. In this unique format, each round unfolds as a six-ball cricket over, where one team bowls and the other bats. The result of each ball is determined by a spin of the roulette-style field, with scoring based on where the ball lands.
