Start watchingFinally, it's Spring, and new features unfold like buds on a tree. Okay, sorry for that. Let's get back to business.
Since March, our betting solutions have been equipped with a new pitch animation widget, updates on sports bonuses, and a fancy mode.
We added the new pitch animation widget for cricket powered by Quantum. This widget makes pitch visualizations and statistics more dynamic, making in-game and prematch more engaging for bettors.
Key highlights:
The sports bonus as a percentage of a variable is available for all clients, including iFrame operators. It enables issuing sports bonuses based on deposit data received via:
The option is available only if variables exist in the input source. It cannot be used simultaneously with a bonus as a percentage of a previous activity. If any “Conditions” activity precedes the Sport Bonus, the “% from variable” option is disabled.
When using “Bonus as % from a variable,” the following fields must be set:
The currency for the deposit amount must be specified in the webhook; otherwise, the bonus will not be issued.
If iFrame clients use a webhook, the issue type “Accepted” option must be selected in the promotion.
Operators can now configure whether to block funds on a sport-locked balance when issuing a bonus. The bonus rate remains unchanged: Bonus Rate = bonus / (deposit + bonus).
Note for iFrame clients:
Future improvements for iFrame clients
Players will have the option to cancel promotions from the operator’s promo lobby. The current wagering status will also be displayed in the promo lobby, although it will not include a progress bar. Implementing these changes will require further integration on the operator’s side.

Fancy Mode is a visual interface that transforms the Sportsbook into an exchange-like betting platform. Tailored for players familiar with Back/Lay betting, it simplifies their transition to our Sportsbook without altering the underlying bet calculation mechanics or the operator’s risk model.

This month, the casino team updated the tournaments and turned off the demo for games.
This update gives operators complete control over how tournament rewards are structured, allowing for custom prize allocation and more strategic engagement.
What’s new?
Use case example:
A high-stakes tournament with a $50,000 prize pool could be structured as follows:
With Manual Prize Distribution, operators can now offer more diverse reward structures that maximize player participation.
Players can now jump straight into the Real game without the option for demo mode.
Why it is better for the business:
The Segment Engine allows you to work precisely with different types of users and customize the product for them in real-time.
Main features compared to existing segmenters:
The wagering conditions are now available in the UBO, allowing operators to easily track how much a player still needs to wager to meet the requirements.
This will help the manager quickly address any questions from players regarding the withdrawal of funds, improving overall support efficiency and transparency.
The CRM team was focused on Journey Builder improvements, a notification center, and improving chat tab navigation for support agents.
The new name—On-Site Messaging—better reflects the feature’s essence, which includes Notifications and Pop-ups to facilitate real-time communication with players directly within the platform (on the web and in-app). This update makes it easier than ever for teams to configure and manage On-Site Messaging, Notifications, and Pop-ups.
What’s changing?
We’re updating terminology across key sections:
Additional enhancements include:
Operators who started using this feature before March 2025 will see “Information (Deprecated)” for the Notification channel, “Catfish (Deprecated),” and “Push (deprecated)” for the Pop-up channel as additional template types. While these template types remain supported for sending in previously launched journeys, they can no longer be used to create new templates.
