Unified Promo Lobby for Casino and Sport

We are excited to announce the end of the era where users had to switch between two separate Promo Lobbies (Casino Bonus Lobby and General Bonus Lobby). We are introducing the Unified Promo Lobby, integrating all Casino Bonus Types into Journey Builder to create a seamless experience by combining the two lobbies into one.

What does this mean?

  • For CRM Teams: This simplifies your work! You no longer need to operate two separate back offices for Casino and Sports bonuses.
  • For Users: They will now enjoy a consistent, unified form for all bonuses. Whether in a Casino or Sport, users will interact with one streamlined bonus experience, with both the widget and page easily created in CRM BO.

How it works:

  1. Operator Setup: Each operator will choose a date to switch from the Casino Lobby to the Unified Promo Lobby.
  2. Journey Builder check: All Casino Bonuses are already available in the Journey Builder. Operators need to ensure that all bonuses are assigned a Promo Lobby Placement before the release date. Bonuses without placement should be relaunched with the correct settings.
  3. User Experience: Once the release is live, users clicking on Casino Bonuses Lobby will be redirected to the Unified Promo Lobby, displaying all bonuses in one place.
  4. CRM BO: After this release, there will be no need to use EVA BO and Strapi to set up casino bonuses. Everything will be managed directly within the CRM BO.

Content Studio: Editing Notification Center Activity Content in Running Journeys

We have recently added a feature that allows managers to edit content in the Notification Center activity for running journeys. Managers with the necessary permissions can edit content in a published journey, and a new version of the content will be created and applied for future communication sent after the journey is republished.

The system will display the last content version date, the author, and the version number for each communication sent to a player, which will also be shown in the Journey Log.

CRM BO Updates: All-in-One CRM BO with UBO Authorization

We have consolidated all CRM features into one unified CRM Back Office (BO) with UBO authorization. It empowers CRM Teams to complete their tasks seamlessly in a single, user-friendly environment with no more extra logins or switching between multiple back offices.

  • Gamification Integration:

Gamification is now fully integrated into the CRM BO. Whether you want to set up a Gamification quest, a Journey, or a Casino Bonus, it's easier than ever!

  • New URL for CRM BO:

The interface is familiar to CRM Teams, but note that the CRM BO is now accessible via a new URL, and authorization is handled through the UBO module.

  • Permission Management:

You now fully manage permissions. As the Admin in UBO BO, you can add/remove users and assign roles, providing access to all CRM products or specific features as needed.

  • Next Steps:

All upcoming releases will be available in the new CRM BO, but we will continue supporting the old BO for a limited time. Please note that the new CRM BO will be the main platform going forward.

  • No additional setup is needed:

The new CRM BO already represents all your drafts, data, and active or planned features, so feel free to use it immediately.

Gamification BO Updates

Automatic Prize Distribution for Quests and Tournaments

Players will have the option to “automatically distribute” Tournament and Quest rewards, which will make the prize distribution process more efficient and enhance the overall gaming experience. Please note that automatic distribution may not be available for all rewards, such as material prizes.

Tournament Participation Confirmation

Similar to how players confirm their participation in quests or other mechanics, we’ve enhanced the user experience. Now, you can launch tournaments where players must click “join” before starting their progress in the tournament.

Managers can control this setting when creating a tournament and can launch tournaments in both the “Offered” and “Accepted” statuses.

AMS Segments for Banners

With this release, we are replacing the use of Fair Play segments and CSV files with the ability to launch Banners for various AMS and Static segments, allowing for broader and more flexible targeting of Banners to specific player segments.

For example, instead of using a CSV file, you can now create a Static segment (based on a CSV file) and launch a Banner for those players (the segment name will be displayed for each mechanic, and these segments can be reused for different mechanics).

AMS segments can be used in place of Fair Play parameters, offering more flexibility and dynamic updates to display relevant banners to players based on their segment.

New Tournament Functionality

Get ready for the new Casino Tournament Module! Our platform now enables operators to create and manage their own Casino tournaments independently. With customizable settings, operators can boost player engagement and retention by offering competitive gameplay that enhances the overall user experience.

Key features:

  • Customizable tournament creation: Operators can create tournaments from scratch, defining parameters such as tournament type, duration, and mechanics. Available mechanics include:
  • Total Bet: Points are awarded based on the total amount wagered by players during the tournament.
  • Win/Bet Ratio (Upcoming feature): This will reward players based on their efficiency in converting bets into wins.
  • Flexible prize distribution: Operators can choose between two prize distribution methods:
  • Fixed: Pre-defined prize amounts for specified positions.
  • Manual (Upcoming feature): Operators can manually allocate prizes based on player performance after the tournament concludes.
  • Comprehensive participant management module supports flexible participant management, allowing operators to:
  1. Open tournaments to all players or target specific segments.
  2. Add participants manually or via bulk CSV uploads.
  3. Utilize a Blocked Players list (Upcoming feature) to exclude certain players from joining the tournament, ensuring compliance and integrity.
  • Real-time leaderboards: A dynamic leaderboard tracks player performance throughout the tournament, updating in real-time based on player actions. This gives participants live feedback on their standings and potential rewards, enhancing the competitive atmosphere.
  • Automatic real-money payouts: After the tournament, prizes are automatically distributed to the winners based on their final rankings. This streamlines the operator's workflow and ensures a seamless experience for players.

Benefits for operators:

  • Increased player retention: Operators can boost player retention rates by offering tournaments, as competitive events encourage players to return frequently to participate and improve their rankings.
  • Flexible management: Operators have complete control over the tournament setup, allowing them to define mechanics, set entry requirements, and adjust prize distributions according to player preferences.
  • Enhanced revenue generation: Tournaments drive higher betting volumes as players engage more during competitive events, translating to higher revenue for operators.
  • Comprehensive data insights: Operators gain valuable insights into player behavior and preferences through tournament participation data, allowing for better marketing strategies and promotional offers in the future.

Next steps:

Several exciting features are currently in the final testing phase and will soon be released:

  1. Win/Bet ratio mechanic: This new scoring mechanism rewards players based on the efficiency of their bets, providing a strategic layer to tournament participation.
  2. Manual prize distribution: Allows operators to manually assign prizes after reviewing final player performance, offering flexibility in high-stakes or VIP tournaments.
  3. Blocked players list: This feature allows operators to exclude specific players from participating in tournaments, ensuring compliance and security.
  4. UI/UX improvements: Ongoing enhancements to the user interface aim to improve navigation and overall operator efficiency. This includes better layouts, intuitive workflows, and enhanced visual elements to make tournament management more user-friendly.
  5. Text editor for tournament content: A rich text editor will enhance the formatting of tournament descriptions and rules, allowing operators to create more engaging and informative content for players.

The new Tournament Module improves the online gaming experience for players and operators. Operators can boost player loyalty and increase revenue by creating exciting and competitive events.

Enhanced Game Ordering in the “Wagering Percentage” Section

The casino team is excited to announce the release of a new feature that improves the flexibility and customization of game ordering in the Wagering Percentage section

Previously, operators could only manage the order of games in the “All” section, but now, they can manage games within specific wagering percentage categories, including 100%, 50%, 25%, and 10%.

Key highlights:

  • Section-Specific Game Ordering: Operators can now set the order of games for each wagering percentage category: All, 100%, 50%, 25%, and 10%.
  • Improved Visibility of Popular Games: This update prioritizes popular games across all sections.

How to use:

  1. Navigate to Eva Back Office > Brand Management > Brand Sorting.
  2. In the Sort By dropdown, select Available for Bonus.
  3. The Wagering Percentage dropdown will appear, where you can choose All, 100%, 50%, 25%, or 10%.
  4. Drag and drop games to reorder them within the selected category.
  5. Save changes to update the order across the platform.

New Event Card for Outrights, Races, and Freeform Markets

The event card overview simplifies the betting process by allowing you to quickly access popular markets for outrights, races, and freeform events with just a few clicks. You can easily find markets like Winner, Free Form, Top Goalscorer, and To Reach Semifinals on the overview page. Each card conveniently displays teams or players and their odds for the “yes” outcome, sorted from the smallest to the largest. This makes it easier to place your bets and enjoy the action!

For desktops, up to 3 outcomes can be displayed per line, while mobile and native versions show up to 2. You can set the number of rows with the GB key 'sport.overview.outright_layout_rows', with possible values of 1 or 2. To activate a new card, use the GB key 'sport.overview.outright_layout' or create a config request.

🤳 This feature is available on WEB and iOS, with Android support coming soon. Currently, it is active for the demo brand demo.gr8.tech.

Handling Multiple Sport Bonuses on Sport Bonus Balance

When a user has more than one sports bonus amount on their sports bonus balance and cannot use them simultaneously for a single bet, we show a new error (103) in the bet slip: NotEnoughMoneyBonusOffer – “Cannot combine bonuses from different promotions.”

Fund Locking Feature Update

The default setting for the fund locking feature, which activates when the available balance is less than the deposit amount at the time of bonus issuance, has been switched to “OFF” for all brands. Operators must submit a configuration request to enable this feature for a specific brand.

This change gives operators more flexibility, allowing them to evaluate the risks and frequency of such cases based on customer support data and manage the feature according to their brand’s specific needs.

Reminder: If the feature is enabled, and the user does not have enough funds to lock the deposit amount when the bonus is issued entirely, the available balance will be closed at that time. The total deposit amount will still be reflected in the initial locked balance. As bets are settled, the locked balance will gradually increase to reach the total deposit amount. These situations may arise if a deposit covers a negative balance or if a bet is placed between the deposit and bonus issuance.
