We’re thrilled to introduce a new feature designed to enhance retention metrics and foster long-term relationships with users. The Level Builder empowers CRM Managers to create dynamic Level Programs, rewarding users with rewards as they reach new levels.
New Gamification Section: All About Levels
Users can now view their Level Program on their Gamification Pages, which will display:
Earn Points and Progress Through Levels
The core concept is for users to accumulate points and advance through levels to unlock new benefits.
Unlimited Levels: The number of levels is limitless. Managers can add more levels for users who reach the highest ones.
Points Source: Currently, points are earned through Quests, with more options to be added in the future.
Tailored Level Programs for Different Segments
Managers can create different Level Programs for different user segments within the same brand.
As an example, the VIP Programs: Special Level Programs can be created for VIP users with better rewards, and casual users can be manually added to these Premium Programs after achieving some high level in the casual Level Program.
Customizable Front-End and Content
CRM Managers can personalize the Level Program by:

Manage Everything in One Place – CRM BO
Level Builder is integrated into CRM BO into the Loyalty Program Section, which makes it easy to manage.
Managers can define the number of levels, set point ranges, assign benefits, and view all relevant stats data and previews of users' FE.

Enhanced interaction in Journey Builder
Activity Duplication
We've added the ability to copy an activity and its settings within the same journey. This feature streamlines journey setup by reducing repetitive configuration tasks.
Separate Permissions for Money (Cash) Bonus and Deduct Money:
To help you customize the work environment for your CRM users, we've made separate permissions for managing Money Bonus and Deduct Money activities. This allows for more granular control over who can access and edit each type of activity.
Money Bonus Permission (crm_journey_mechanicsplatform_cashbonus_use): Allows users to add and edit the Money Bonus activity within the Journey Flow.
Deduct Money Permission (crm_journey_mechanicsplatform_deductmoney_use): Allows users to add and edit the Deduct Money activity within the Journey Flow.
These permissions let you fine-tune access based on your team's roles and responsibilities.
All-In-One CRM Back-Office with UBO Authorization
We’re excited to announce that we have consolidated all CRM features into one unified CRM Back-Office (BO) with UBO authorization. It empowers CRM Teams to complete their tasks seamlessly in a single, user-friendly environment with no more extra logins or switching between multiple back offices.
Gamification Integration: Gamification is now fully integrated into the CRM BO. Whether you want to set up a Gamification quest, a Journey, or a Casino Bonus, it's easier than ever!
New URL for CRM BO: The interface is familiar to CRM Teams, but take note—the CRM BO is now accessible via a new URL, and authorization is handled through the UBO module.

Permission Management: Permissions are now fully managed by you. As the Admin in UBO BO, you can add/remove users and assign roles, providing access to all CRM products or specific features as needed. Next steps: All upcoming releases will be available in the new CRM BO, but we will continue supporting the old BO for a limited time. However, please note that the new CRM BO will be the main platform going forward.

Unsubscribe Pages for Email Constructor
We have released new functionality for Email Constructor. You can now link your email templates, created in Content Studio, to unsubscribe pages that have already been made in Dextra.
As a result, the boring default page “Thank you for your unsubscribe” could be changed to any existing custom unsubscribe page.
Sending WhatsApp Messages with SMS Activity in Journey Builder
From now on, you can use the SMS Activity in Journey Builder to send WhatsApp messages.
Updates to Text Generation in CRM Back-Office REA
After implementing text generation in the AI module in four languages (EN, ES, RU, PT), the following improvements have been achieved:
Significantly Faster Generation Speed:
Each email is now generated within 5-6 seconds.
SMS, push, and notification messages are generated within 1-2 seconds.
Enhanced Quality: Message quality has reached a new level.
Customizable Message Structure by Brand: The structure of generated messages can now be customized for each brand.

Rebet Button
The Rebet button lets users quickly copy outcomes from a previously placed bet into a new betslip with just one click, making it especially useful for parlay and system bets.
The outcomes maintain the same order as the original bet, and the amount is taken from the placed bet. If a user attempts to rebet on a finished event, the invalid outcomes will appear as inactive. Previously used freebets won’t apply again. If some outcomes are already in the betslip, only the missing ones will be added and placed after the existing ones.

By default, it’s disabled (OFF) in both places.
The Rebet functionality is expected to simplify the process of replacing Parlay and System bets, which will improve ATPU and ABCPU.
Easy Access to Open Bet from the Success Screen
It's no secret that the Open Bet functionality is a profitable feature for the company. Analysis from a what-if scenario has shown that its use positively affects GGR. To attract more users to this feature and increase its usage percentage, an icon has been introduced on the success screen.
Activation Options:
This feature is currently available only on the web and is disabled by default. To enable this feature, the feature flag sport.bets.edit-bet in Growthbook can be used with the following configuration: {"betHistory": true, "successScreen": true}. Alternatively, activation is possible through a configuration request.
Balance Auto Refresh Feature in Casino Services
The Casino Team is excited to introduce the Balance Auto Refresh improvement. This enhancement ensures that users always have up-to-date account balance information while playing, creating a more seamless and enjoyable gaming experience.
What does this mean?
For Players:
Improved Experience: Users can now see their balance updated in real time without having to manually refresh the page or leave the game, ensuring uninterrupted gameplay.
Increased Engagement: By eliminating unnecessary page refreshes and redirects, users can stay engaged in the game environment with fewer distractions.
Enhanced Accuracy: The account balance will always display the most accurate, up-to-date information, fostering trust and reliability within the platform.
For Operators:
How it works:
Automatic Balance Update: Users' account balances will be updated automatically in the gaming environment without manual intervention or page refreshes.
Provider-Supported Feature: The feature works only for games with smartBalanceRefresh property which is provider-specific. Currently, 19 active providers support this feature on the platform, offering 4,721 games with real-time balance updates. Ensure that games from these providers include the smartBalanceRefresh = true parameter in their requests to enable this functionality. (Casino team will provide operators with games list).
Closing Success Pop-up: After making a deposit during gameplay, users can click on the "Back to the game" or "X" button on the success pop-up window. The pop-up will close without redirecting or refreshing the game page.
Delay Handling: If users wait 25-30 seconds after making a deposit, the success pop-up will automatically close without redirecting to the main page or refreshing the game page.
Pre-conditions:
The game must be loaded within an iFrame.
Ensure the feature flag platform.payment.enable_cashier_in_popup is enabled.
Verify the feature flag casino.pm-casino.enable_user_balance_refresh is activated for the brand.
Confirm that games from supported providers include the parameter smartBalanceRefresh = true in their requests.
Activation Process:
By default, the Balance Auto Refresh feature is disabled. However, for operators who wish to enable this functionality, the Casino Team will assist with the activation process.
Contribution Factor per Brand
The new Contribution Factor per Brand feature empowers operators to customize contribution factors on a brand-specific level, offering greater flexibility in tailoring game offerings.
Key Highlights:
Custom Contribution Factor Adjustments: Operators can now request changes to the contribution factor for individual games or a batch of games.
Streamlined Process: Contribution factors can be updated for multiple games in a single request, making bulk adjustments quick and efficient.
Enhanced Flexibility: This feature enables operators to control revenue contribution per brand better, supporting varied business strategies and player engagement models.

New Time Filter: Top
We’re excited to introduce a new, unique time filter: the Top filter.
Why is it needed?
This filter allows users to view all top events (specifically, events from the "Top Championships" category) on a single page, including both live and pre-match events.
How does it work?
When selecting the Top filter, users will see all available top events (both live and pre-match) sorted by date, starting with today, then tomorrow, and so on.
What order are the tournaments displayed in?
The tournaments in the Top filter are sorted according to the "Top Championships" category, ensuring that the tournament prioritization remains current.
Can I change the filter order or set it to the default?
Yes, absolutely. The filter order and default filter can be easily configured.
How to activate a new card?
Use the GB key: sport.overview.sort_time_filters or submit a configuration request.

We are excited to introduce the Balances functionality, designed to support the growth of our clients (merchants) across various regions and to enhance the perception of our payment gateway as a reliable source of truth.
This functionality will help our clients keep track of their Merchant Identifications (MIDs) and available balances, reduce the risks associated with low balances or overdrafts, and significantly expedite their operations.
The Balances functionality provides the following abilities to our Clients (Merchants) and GR8 Tech Operational and Finance teams:
Monitor the actual MIDs Available balances
Monitor overall balance for each Projects separately
Track balance changes for each MID utilized in the processing
Monitor the balance transfers
Keep track of the financial operations such as Settlements or Top Ups

Displaying Currency in the Payment Widget
The functionality of displaying currency in the Payment Widget has been released (only on the new Demeter widget).
How does it work?
On all projects, the default currency display is set to Digits + ISO 4217 code (100 USD), the display can be changed.
There are four options for displaying the currency:
Digits + ISO 4217 code (100 USD)
ISO 4217 code + Digits (USD 100)
Digits + Symbol (100$)
Symbol + Digits ($100)
How to set it up?
The Payment Gateway technical operations team can change the currency display in the Payment Gateway BackOffice, in the project settings.
