We’ve just rolled out a fresh batch of platform updates designed to make your operations smoother, faster, and more profitable. Whether you're looking to sharpen your sportsbook margins, boost casino engagement, or streamline day-to-day tasks, these new tools are built with your needs in mind.

🐎 Sportsbook

Horse Racing

Horse Racing is now officially available on the Web, Android, and iOS platforms. This marks Stage 1 of our foundational rollout, which introduces the core mechanics of the sport. More features and enhancements will be coming soon.

Currently, betting is only available before the match starts. Players can place their bets ahead of the race, and users can watch the stream once the event goes live, but in-play betting is not permitted. After the race concludes, a post-race summary page will be available for review.

Markets available in pre-match betting include:

  • To Win
  • Place 1–2
  • Place 1–3
  • Place 1–4
  • Finish Exactly 2nd
  • Finish Exactly 3rd
  • Finish Exactly 4th

Odds are provided by our Trading Team or sourced from Vermantia.

Coverage includes:

  • UK

  • Italy

  • G1–G3 class races only from the USA, Brazil, UAE, France, and Hong Kong

Activation and Display:

Horse Racing is enabled by default on the platform. You can also add it to widgets on the main page. For “Race/Outright” events, the event card will display odds on favorites.

Coming Soon:

  • Early Price implementation
  • Additional insights, such as form colors and stats widgets
  • Advanced markets, including Forecasts and Tricasts (similar to BetBuilder)
  • Starting Price (SP) support
  • Expanded coverage with virtual horse racing

New Match Trackers

Our new match trackers offer high-quality content similar to Flashscore. This is an iFrame solution developed specifically for GR8 Tech by our provider. Coverage includes:

  • Sports: Football, Basketball, Tennis, Hockey, Volleyball, and Handball.
  • Event stages: Pre-match (analytics) and live (real-time updates).

What’s Included in the Match Tracker?

Stats: Players get detailed live data and historical stats for each tournament participant

  • Football: xG, corners, shots on goal, offsides, possession (Live); over 2.5 goals, clean sheets (Pre-match), and much more
  • Basketball: rebounds, assists, fouls, shooting accuracy and much more
  • Hockey: goals, penalties, goalkeeper saves, and much more
  • Tennis: aces, double faults, service win percentage and much more
  • Other sports: similar detailed stats adapted to each game’s specifics

Summary: Key match moments: goals, assists, red cards, and real-time substitutions.

Pitch Animation: Visual representation of key events on the field in an animated format—an interactive alternative to video streaming.

Lineup: Full team information: starting players, substitutes, and coaches. Real-time lineup changes for live events.

Standings: Updated league and tournament tables, including team rankings, points, and goal difference, are available for all supported sports.

Freebet as a Percentage of Previous Activity

The long-awaited update has arrived: FreeBets can now be issued based on a percentage of a player's previous activity, making promotions more flexible and engaging. This update improves the distribution of FreeBets, giving brands greater control and providing players with an enhanced experience.

The percentage-based FreeBet can be configured with the following combinations:

  • Promotion + Deposit + Sport FreeBet
  • Promotion + Sport Bet Collection + Sport FreeBet
  • Promotion + Deposit + Sport Bet Collection + Sport FreeBet
  • Promotion + Deposit Collection + Sport FreeBet
  • Promotion + Deposit + Deposit Collection + Sport FreeBet

Additional:

To help minimize marketing risks, we've introduced a new “Max. FreeBet amount” field, allowing operators to set a cap on the value of FreeBets issued. Additionally, new rounding options give you more control over how FreeBet amounts are calculated: choose from rounding up (default), rounding down, or mathematical rounding, which rounds to the nearest whole number based on standard rules.

📌 If a different rounding type is required for a specific currency or order, a configuration request must be submitted with details on the currency, order, and preferred rounding type.

Blocked Players for Tournaments

Operators can now exclude specific players or segments (such as VIP players) from participating in tournaments when selecting the “Participants – All Players” option.

What’s New?

  • Blacklist Management: Operators can manually add players to a blacklist, preventing them from seeing or participating in the tournament.
  • Seamless Access Control: When a blacklisted player logs in, the system will automatically recognize them and hide the tournament from their view.
  • Enhanced Targeting: Operators can fine-tune tournament promotions to ensure access to the right audience.

Use Case Example:

If you wish to run a large-scale tournament, you can exclude VIP players from general promotions. With the new Blocked Players feature, they can easily add these players to the blacklist, creating a more tailored tournament experience.

🏄‍♀️ Player Account Management (PAM)

First Deposit Restriction

A new restriction has been implemented to prevent a user from performing specific actions before making their first deposit.

Operators can now request a custom restriction rule that blocks users from doing the following until they meet the requirement of submitting their first deposit:

  • Withdrawing funds
  • Placing sports bets
  • Placing casino bets

Currently, this restriction follows the standard behavior model and can be configured via API by the BLT team upon the Operator’s request (through a configuration ticket).

This feature helps operators reduce potential fraud risk and improve conversion rates from sign-up to first deposit. It also enables further experimentation related to user behavior before depositing.

Dynamic Commission for Payments

We are excited to announce a new feature on our platform: a dynamic commission structure that applies different commission rates based on the payment method and transaction size. This innovation optimizes payment processing costs and reduces the financial burden on the platform by bypassing part of the commission on users.

What this means for users:

Users will be informed about the applicable fees and commissions through a general notification in the cashier widget. This notification will be displayed for all payment methods and can be configured in the Payment Hub back office.

What this means for the operator:

  • Optimization of financial processes through dynamic commission management. 
  • Reduction of payment processing costs by adjusting commissions based on payment method and transaction size.

Username feature

Players can now create an account using a unique username, adding a new layer of personalization to the registration process. This username can be included as an additional field in existing registration forms, making it easy to integrate. Once registered, users have the option to log in using their username, which also becomes visible in their player profile for easy identification and a more tailored user experience.

Additional details:

  • Usernames cannot be edited in this version.

  • With the feature enabled, a username will be automatically assigned to existing users who don’t have one.

Benefits for operators:

  • Higher % conversion rates for registration and login.

  • Faster, error-free login experience versus email or phone login.

♻️ Unified Back-office (UBO)

The UBO Segment Engine now features a scheduler and new segment statuses, simplifying the management and optimization of your segments. You can set both a start and end date for each segment, allowing you to control when they are active. This helps conserve system resources and maintain the highest possible update speed.

Additionally, two new statuses—Scheduled and Expired—have been introduced to improve visibility into each segment's current state. A segment labeled as Scheduled is set to run in the future, while an Expired status indicates that the segment's end date has already passed. These enhancements offer greater flexibility and control over segment lifecycle management.

⚙️ Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Updates in the AI module in the CRM back-office

The AI module in the CRM back office has been upgraded to support additional languages and a setting to ask the model to provide more creative results:

  • New supported languages : (kz, az, ua)

  • New toggle: Add Creativity.

Engagement Mechanics in iFrame

We're glad to announce that Engagement Hub Mechanics—Randomizer, Totalizator, Participation, Toss, and Predictions—are now available for iFrame operators.

Rating is also available for iframe operators, but to use this mechanism, operators need to make adjustments on their side regarding transactions. Namely, they must add the Transaction Type: CRM-CRM-release-bonus.

New Skin for Randomizer

The Scratch Card mechanic is a brand-new engagement promotion, but it is essentially just a new design for the Randomizer. Now, you will have two setup options in CRM BO that allow users to try their luck and win exciting prizes: the Fortune Wheel and the Scratch Card.

Customization & Features:

The new skin is highly customizable – you can:

  • Change the background

  • Upload custom images for prizes and scratch fields

  • Make it look like a real lottery ticket or use a unique theme

Odds Control:

You can even create an empty prize, where different images will appear under the scratch fields and the user will (unfortunately) the journey with no prize.

Use it in Journeys as a Randomizer and integrate it into various engagement scenarios.

All data will be published on the same topic as the Randomizer (a.k.a. current Fortune Wheel).

New Variable {{BrandDomain}} in Journey Builder

What’s New?

  • Operators can now use {{BrandDomain}} variable in communications without manually updating the URL when domains are blocked or changed in the mirrors list.
  • In the Promotion activity, we have added {{BrandDomain}} to the Promotion URL and provided a new Current Promotion URL field with the current value of {{BrandDomain}}.

How It Works

To determine the most appropriate value automatically, the system selects the domain based on the following priority:

  • Active Mirrors List

          1.1—Domain with typeId: main

          1.2—Domain with typeId: mirror_service

          1.3—Domain with typeId: seo

  • Default Brand Domain (if no active mirrors are available): To change the current value of {{BrandDomain}}, the operator must submit a configuration request to update the corresponding value in the mirrors list.

📌 Important Notes:

  • The {{BrandDomain}} value does not include https://. This part must be added manually to create a clickable link.
  • To support the use of variables in URLs, we have removed built-in spaces from variable values. This change will not affect existing configured content, but for new messages, please manually enter spaces before and after the variable where needed.
