We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to lead our operational function for the Payments Gateway product. This role is critical in ensuring smooth, efficient, and scalable operations across multiple teams, including Sports and Delivery units, with direct impact on our high-risk industry payment solutions.
As Head of Operations, you will drive operational excellence, oversee end-to-end processes, and ensure regulatory and business compliance while building resilient systems and teams that support our ambitious growth.
