2025 is coming to a close, but our product enhancements never stop. The December release delivers fresh updates across CMS, CRM, UBO, Casino, Sportsbook, and Affiliate—all designed to support faster launches, smarter operations, and stable growth from January 1.
Our team has expanded the Contact Form widget with the “Request Contact” option to make player communication faster, more flexible, and easier to manage from the CMS.
Players can now leave their contact details (phone number, email, or messenger). Operators can receive these requests directly in their CRM systems and respond more quickly, resolve issues sooner, and build stronger trust at key moments in the player's journey. This especially matters for VIP flows or pages where players may need quick assistance or consultation.
How to set up the Contact Form widget:
As always, we've packed our multifunctional CRM module with a whole bunch of new features to streamline the work of our clients’ CRM teams.
The Outgoing API Request activity in Journey Builder now supports built-in SHA-256 hashing, making integrations with Meta (Facebook) Custom Audiences simpler and fully compatible. For operators, this means fewer integration issues and the ability to sync audiences more efficiently, as well as run external campaigns without additional preprocessing or manual work.
Before this update, JSON variables couldn’t be hashed, causing Meta to reject identifiers like email or phone number and return zero matched users. With this update, each variable includes a “hash variable” checkbox. Turn it on, and the system automatically applies SHA-256 hashing to the request before sending it.
A new Archive feature is already available to help our clients maintain a tidy, efficient Journey Builder workspace.
How it works:
Operators can move inactive journeys into a dedicated Archive section, staying focused on what’s active and relevant while reducing clutter and the chance of mistakes.
❗The release supports archiving only. Deletion isn’t available yet.
We’ve refined the VIP Loyalty Program to make progress tracking clearer and rule setup more flexible for operators.
First, we improved the history display on the player’s page. Monthly progress now appears from the current month backward, so teams can review recent activity first without scrolling through outdated data.
Secondly, we added the ability to set coefficients in wager-based conditions. This setting is optional and doesn’t affect existing VLP programs. For new launches, it gives CRM managers more control over how different wagers contribute to VLP progression, helping fine-tune loyalty mechanics to specific strategies.
ℹ️ VLP (VLP Loyalty Program) is an automated rewards program where players earn bonuses as a percentage of their sports bets and deposits. Players can withdraw the earned amount with no extra wagering once they meet the minimum withdrawal threshold. Managers can run VLPs temporarily or on an ongoing basis, and each player can have only one active VLP at a time.
Explore a new Language Selector in the REA CRM back office. It allows CRM teams to switch the interface to their preferred language, making workflows more comfortable and efficient.
❗ The new Language Selector is available only to the Turkish-speaking teams.
We’ve introduced an SMS Transport Auto-switch in the CRM Back Office to ensure stable delivery of critical system messages. With this update, operators gain stronger delivery and a more stable user experience during key security and authentication flows, while reducing dependency on a single provider.
ℹ️ “Transport” refers to the setup for sending messages through a specific provider, including the SMS provider, alphanumeric name, and short link domain.
How it works:
The feature continuously monitors your active SMS transport. If delivery rates fall below a defined threshold, the system automatically switches to a backup transport.
Covered messages:
❗The feature does not affect Promotional SMS traffic.
📍 Find SMS Transport Auto-Switch setup in: Operations Hub → SMS Transport Auto-Switch
Here’s a quick overview of the latest UBO improvements across Bets Monitor, Casino Monitor, and Casino History.
Both Bets Monitor and Casino Monitor now fully support the “Username” feature, enhancing monitoring flows for our clients.
Benefits for operators:
What’s new:
We value client feedback and strive to simplify our platform use. In this release, our team has fixed a tag issue in the Bets Monitor.
Previously, the Win Bonus and Express Boost tags did not appear after users selected them in filters. Now, both tags display correctly whenever they’re applied, giving our clients more control over user flows.
Casino Monitor now has improved visibility, consistency, and data handling. Aligned with the NBO decomposition, the update accelerates and clarifies daily analysis for operational and risk teams.
Why it matters for operators:
What’s new:
ℹ️ NBO (Next Best Offer) is a feature that recommends the most relevant bonus for each player based on their behavior and preferences. It helps operators increase engagement and conversions (like deposits or bets) by showing offers players are more likely to accept, while also improving marketing decisions over time.
Unlock smoother migration to UBO and more precise analysis with adjusted Casino History.

What’s new:
Take a closer look at our latest sportsbook updates. This release brings a live MM:SS timer, a new betslip functionality, an animated Virtual Basketball experience, and fresh enhancements to the Trending Sports widget.
Meet a new seconds-based timer (MM:SS) that ensures a clearer context and faster reaction times during high-impact moments. With more accurate time visibility, bettors can make smarter decisions in situations where the difference between 1:01 and 1:55 influences odds and outcomes.
For operators, this results in higher user engagement during live events and a smoother sportsbook experience without extra configuration.

We’re rolling out the new Betslip—a major sportsbook upgrade designed to give operators more control over betting flows. This version unifies performance, flexibility, and UX in one consistent solution, managed entirely through the CMS.
What’s new:
The new Betslip also supports multi-wallet and crypto, offers RTL compatibility, and delivers a unified experience designed and tested by a single cross-platform team. Under the hood, the entire architecture has been rewritten for improved performance and a smaller codebase.
ℹ️ RTL (Right-to-Left) is a layout format designed for languages like Arabic and Hebrew, where users read from right to left. It adjusts text and interface elements accordingly, ensuring clear navigation, proper alignment, and a natural user experience for audiences in Middle Eastern and African markets.
❗ Floating Betslip works out of the box on non-sports widget pages, while system bets and Taxes are planned for upcoming releases. All upcoming enhancements will be delivered exclusively on this new Betslip version. Testing is supported through test accounts, user segments, or A/B testing.
📩 To enable the new Betslip version, operators must create a standard configuration request. After that, they can manage all parameters directly in the CMS.
From now on, our virtual sports lineup includes Virtual Basketball in a fast, animated format. For operators, shorter match durations naturally increase betting frequency and session length. For bettors, realistic animations improve the overall user experience and raise their trust in the outcomes.
How it works:
Each match runs for just 3.5 minutes, creating quick cycles that keep players engaged. Users can place bets before tip-off or jump in during the live game. The visual layer displays animations from each quarter, keeping the action dynamic and easy to follow.
Available markets:
We’ve upgraded the Trending Sports widget to give operators more flexible and intuitive UI management options.
Together, these updates improve content visibility, sharpen navigation, and make it easier to guide players toward high-interest markets with intent.
You asked for crypto-related casino updates, and we delivered them. Now, our crypto platform can boast a direct crypto bonus integration for FreeSpin campaigns from Pragmatic Play and Spribe. The integration lets operators issue FreeSpin bonuses directly in players’ preferred cryptocurrencies with no conversions, no restrictions, and no extra steps.

Availability:
Ubi is live in all Operator UBO production environments. Admin users have access through the AI Bot permission, while other groups can request it.
The Payment Hub has become more intuitive and functional with a fresh set of December features.
To support the international growth of our clients and give them greater control over the payments experience, we’re introducing Counters within Visibility Rules. The update helps operators meet Payment Provider requirements, reduce withdrawal-related risks, prevent deposit limit violations, and mitigate fraud tied to withdrawal method abuse. Simply put, it brings more flexibility, stronger control over deposits and withdrawals, and more cost-efficient payment management.
Key functionality:
Say goodbye to limited cashier customization experience across different GEOs, thanks to the new payment method grouping. The new logic goes beyond popular, regular, or temporarily unavailable options, supporting regional needs and market expectations of our clients.
New possibilities for operators:
Make bonuses visible directly inside the amount field, getting an extra way to fuel deposits and engage users.
How it works:
Compatibility:
Use the Bonus in the Amount Field feature in conjunction with the Bonus in Amount Blocks, as well as the Sum Amount Block, which can also impact the average deposit amount.
📩 To enable the feature, operators need to send a Jira Service Desk request.
Don’t forget to test the new functionality behind our Affiliate Platform.
We’ve added Flat Fees to give operators a simple way to reward affiliates with one-time payments tied to a specific brand or tracker.
With this feature, operators can allocate the agreed payments for listings, streams, and ads to affiliates who need one-time bonuses or fixed costs in addition to their standard performance-based deals.
Available functionality:
The Aff.Tech Back Office is now available in Thai, Vietnamese, and Indonesian, enabling operators to streamline the work of local teams across multiple regions.
📩 To enable any of these languages, our clients must submit a configuration request ticket.
The new Net Deposit column provides operators with an instant view of the “Deposit Amount – Withdrawal Amount” result directly within the system, eliminating the need for manual calculations and enabling faster, more accurate financial analysis.
We have made a separate permission to grant access to view and edit the Account ID, so that our clients can make necessary changes on their own whenever needed.
Where to change Account ID:
📩 To access the feature, submit a configuration request ticket.
At GR8 Tech, we focus not only on delivering high-quality solutions but also on the quality of our team's work, ensuring that client requests are handled as efficiently as possible.
External iFrame pages across all GR8 Tech frontends now come with OTT-based authorization. Embedded third-party services recognize logged-in users automatically, creating a smooth and secure login experience for operators.
To extend authenticated journeys beyond your core platform, enable OTT passing when adding an external iFrame page.
✅ The setup works for WEB and native mobile apps and is managed directly in the CMS.
We’ve introduced rate limits for the Data API used in server-to-server integrations to maintain stable and predictable data access, regardless of increased traffic. For operators, the update brings more safety and stability across all services that use the Data API, while maintaining support flexibility.
How it works:
When any client service reaches 90% of its limit, our internal team receives an alert. This allows us to step in early, adjust limits if needed, or notify the client before performance is affected.
ℹ️ S2S (Server-to-Server) is a way for systems to exchange data directly between servers, without user involvement. It’s commonly used for APIs and integrations, enabling automated, secure, and efficient data transfer between platforms and services.
