Players List

The Players page includes a powerful search functionality to help operators quickly find and manage specific players.

Player field search

• Search by player ID: Search by specific player ID.

• Search by registration date: Clicking on the “Registration Day” field displays various filters that can be selected to search by the player's registration date.

• Export CSV: Generates and downloads a CSV file with a list of players to the user's computer.

Player filters

• Brand: It allows filtering information by a specific brand.

• Risk casino segment: It allows filtering information by a specific casino risk segment.

• Risk sport segment: It allows filtering information by a specific sports risk segment.

• Risk business segment: It allows filtering information by a specific business risk segment.

• Is test account: It allows filtering information based on whether the account is a test account or not.

• Balance: It allows filtering information based on a balance range, such as more than, less than, between, or equal to a certain amount.

• Country: It allows filtering information by the player's country of registration.

• Currency: It allows filtering information by a specific currency.

• Verification status: It allows filtering information by whether the players are verified or not.

• Regulator User Registration Status: This feature allows filtering information by registration status from the Centralized Accounting Center for Bookmakers in Tajikistan (available only for Tajikistan locations).

• Regulator User ID: It allows filtering information by the player ID from the Centralized Accounting Center for Bookmakers in Tajikistan (available only for the Tajikistan location).

• Add Filter: A button that allows you to add additional filters.

• Clear All : Button that is displayed if you select or add any value in the added filter.

Players table

• Player ID includes Brand ID: Unique identifier for each player.

• Segment (Risk business segment) includes the Risk Casino segment and the Risk Sport segment, displaying the risks identified for the player.

• Full name includes first name and last name: Displays the player’s name from the personal data.

• Email: Displays the player’s email from the personal data.

• Phone: Displays the player’s phone number from the personal data.

• Birth day: Displays the player’s birthday from the personal data.

• Balance (Reg. currency) includes Currency: Displays the player's registration (main) balance.

• Country includes City: Displays the player's registration country and city.

• Registration date: Displays the player’s registration day from the registration data.

• Operator user ID: Displays a unique ID for the operator, representing the operator's ID within the iFrame.

• Operator User Name: Displays the name of the operator, representing the operator's name within the iFrame.

• Regulator User ID: Displays the player’s ID from the Centralized Accounting Center for Bookmakers in Tajikistan (Only for Tajikistan location).

• Regulator User Registration Status: Displays the player’s status from the Centralized Accounting Center for Bookmakers in Tajikistan (applicable only to Tajikistan locations).

• Gear button: Allows you to add or hide the above columns in the “Players” table.

• Details: is the same as clicking on the “Player ID” button—players’ profiles are displayed.

For multi-currency player list

1. Balance (Reg. currency): By default, the registration currency of the player is displayed in the table.

2. View other balances: When you hover over the registration currency, you can see the player's balances in other available currencies.

3. Add all currencies: If needed, you can add all available currencies to the table to view the balance values for each one separately.

CSV Export functionality description 

1. Export by filters: Data is exported to a CSV file according to the filters specified by the user. This ensures that only the information matching the selected criteria (e.g., date, balance, etc.) is included in the export.

2. Export by selected columns: Users can choose specific columns to export based on their needs (e.g., Regulator User ID, Birth day, etc.). If no additional columns are selected, only the data visible in the table will be exported, excluding grouped columns.

   Additionally:

   • The risk business segment is supplemented with additional Risk Casino segment and Risk Sport segment columns.

   • Player ID is supplemented with an additional “Brand” column.

   • Balance is exported with an additional “Currency” column.

   • The country is supplemented with an additional “City” column.

3. Data export limitations: The maximum number of rows that can be exported at once is 10,000 rows.

4. No data found for filters: If no data matches the specified filters, the export function will become unavailable, and the user will not be able to perform the export.

5. Errors while generating the file: If a partial data save error occurs while generating the request, you will receive an “Download Error” and the file will not be generated.

6. Confidential information masking: All data containing sensitive information (e.g. personal data, financial details, etc.) will be masked during export unless you have additional permissions to view this information. The logic of access to VIP player information is also preserved (if there is no additional role, personal data will be masked during upload).

7. Audit Log: Every data export operation is logged in the audit log service with a special name:

   • Export unmasked players list with VIP data to CSV—Displays a data record when downloading the players list of unmasked data for VIP players.

   • Export unmasked players list to CSV—Displays a data record when downloading the players list of unmasked data.

   • Export players list to CSV—Displays a data record when downloading the players list.
