The CSV export functionality in Bets Monitor allows users to extract and download betting data based on selected filters and columns. This enables flexible reporting while ensuring system performance and data privacy.
Bets Monitor data is exported to a CSV file according to the filters specified by the user.
This ensures that only the information matching the selected criteria (such as Date, Currency, Sport, etc.) is included in the export.
When exporting data, the default filter is set to Today.
This prevents unintentional exports over a wide date range, which could otherwise result in exporting millions of rows.
Users can customize the export by selecting specific columns such as Player ID, Sport, etc.
Some columns include additional related data in the export:
The Player ID column is accompanied by an additional Brand column.
The Bet, Net Payout, and Profit columns are exported along with a common Currency column.
The original Event column is split into two separate columns: Event Names and Event Ids.
Certain visual tags displayed in the Bets Monitor table are exported as additional columns in the CSV file.
The tags "Manual", "Overask", "Betbuilder", and "Express Boost" are each exported as individual columns (Manual, Overask, Betbuilder, Express Boost). Each column could contain either true or false value.
The bonus-related tags — "Bonus Amount", "Bet Condition", "Bet Insurance", "Bet Collection", and "Free Bet" — are grouped into a single column named Bonus Type, which displays the corresponding value for the tag.
Links to the REA Back Office associated with bonus bets are not included in the CSV export.
All timestamps in the CSV export are provided in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC+0).
Bets that contain more than one event are exported as single rows with multi-value fields in the following columns:
Event Ids
Event names
Result Ids
Sport names
Outcomes
Each of these columns contains a list of values (separated by line breaks), where each value corresponds to one of the events included in the bet. The order of values is consistent across columns.
The minimum guaranteed exportable dataset is 100,000 rows per request.
Export operations are limited to a 10-minute download timeout.
If an export query exceeds the 10-minute download limit, a Partial CSV File will be generated.
In this case, the user will receive a clear message indicating which time range is included in the exported file.
Example message:
Partial Export is completed.
Export range is from 2025-08-18 15:02:48 to 2025-09-09 14:25:04.
Best Practices
To avoid partial exports and ensure faster downloads:
Narrow the date or time range before exporting.
Use filters (e.g., Player ID, Status, Currency) to reduce the dataset size.
If you need a large dataset, consider exporting it in several smaller ranges (e.g., by day or by week).
If no data matches the selected filters:
The export button will be disabled.
Exporting will not be possible until filters are adjusted.
If a partial data save error occurs while generating the export:
An error message "Download Error" will be displayed.
The file will not be generated.
The Casino Monitor CSV Export functionality is available only to users with the following permission:
bets_monitor_historical_data_csv_export
Each export operation is recorded in the audit log service with the following event name:
Export monitor data to CSV
This event tracks both the generation and download of the exported file.
