Sweet Bonanza CandyLand is a live money-wheel game show from Pragmatic Play, built on the theme and bonus mechanics of the provider's Sweet Bonanza slot. A host spins a 54-segment vertical wheel in a purpose-built studio. Players bet on three number values or on one of three bonus games. The most valuable of those bonus games, Sweet Spins, is a short session of the Sweet Bonanza slot itself, played on screen with tumbling wins and multiplier bombs.

Pragmatic Play launched Sweet Bonanza CandyLand in November 2021. The game is broadcast 24/7 from a dedicated set at the provider’s live studio in Bucharest. Mega Wheel, Pragmatic Play’s first live game show, had already established the provider’s money-wheel format. CandyLand kept that base and added a franchise theme and a full bonus layer on top.
💡 The choice of franchise was a logical one since Sweet Bonanza, first released in 2019, is one of the most recognizable titles in the Pragmatic Play slot catalog and has since grown into a family of versions.
The wheel has changed since launch. The original version had four number values, including a 10, and two bonus games. In the current game, the 10 is gone and a third bonus game, Bubble Surprise, has taken its place. Many older reviews and statistics sites still describe the launch version, so lobby copy and campaign material should be based on the current wheel.
Each round opens with a short betting window. Players can back any combination of six positions: the numbers 1, 2 and 5, and the three bonus games. A Bet on All button covers all six at once. When betting closes, the host spins the wheel. A number pays at a 1:1, 2:1, or 5:1 ratio. A bonus segment sends only the players who backed that bonus into the feature. The three Sugar Bomb segments cannot be bet on directly. When one of them lands, all bets stay in place, a multiplier is drawn, and the host spins again.

One wheel, three bonus games, and a whole lot of candy-fueled chaos. Sweet Bonanza CandyLand brings Sugar Bomb multipliers, Sweet Spins, Candy Drop, and Bubble Surprise into a single live game show, where every spin can take the action in a different direction.
Sugar Bomb connects the base game to the bonus games. When the wheel stops on a Sugar Bomb, the game draws a multiplier between 2x and 10x and the host re-spins. The multiplier applies to everything the next spin pays, including bonus-game wins.
If the re-spin lands on another Sugar Bomb, the two multipliers are multiplied together, and the host keeps spinning until the wheel stops on a number or a bonus game. Two consecutive 10x Sugar Bombs, for example, put a 100x multiplier on the next result. Every player with an active bet receives the multiplier. Before betting closes, players can also switch on the Sugar Bomb Booster. It costs an extra 25% of the total bet and doubles any Sugar Bomb multiplier, which moves the range to 4x–20x.
Sweet Spins is the round with the highest potential and the strongest link to the franchise. Players who backed it receive 10 free spins on a 6×5 grid that follows the Sweet Bonanza rules. Symbols pay by count anywhere on the grid. Winning symbols disappear, and new ones tumble into their place until no new wins form. Multiplier bombs worth 2x to 100x add together and multiply the total win of the spin. Three scatter symbols award five more spins. All qualifying players watch the same feature on screen, but each player is paid individually on their own Sweet Spins stake.
Candy Drop works on a different principle. Each qualifying player picks one of three candies. The candies then fall one by one through a board with four rows of obstacles, collecting additions such as +5 and multipliers such as 4x along the way. The final total becomes the multiplier on the player’s Candy Drop stake. One route through the board, marked in purple, is a jackpot path. A candy that follows it to the bottom pays 1,000x plus the multipliers it collected. Because each player chooses a candy, players in the same round can finish with different results.
Bubble Surprise is the most frequent and most modest of the three features. A single vertical reel stops on one of five outcomes: a blue candy (5x), a purple candy (10x), a red heart candy (25x), or entry into Candy Drop or Sweet Spins. This gives the bonus side of the wheel a mid-range option with three segments, as well as a second entry point to the two larger features.
💡 Whatever the combination of Sugar Bombs and bonus results, a single round pays at most 20,000x the stake or €500,000, whichever comes first. The 20,000x figure is the natural headline number for promotion, yet it describes the top of the range rather than a typical outcome.

Three wheels, three approaches to live casino entertainment. Sweet Bonanza CandyLand builds on a familiar slot franchise, Money Time expands the format with four bonus games, and Evolution’s Crazy Time combines its iconic wheel with four interactive features. Each offers a different take on the money-wheel game show.
| Game | Provider | Key Comparable Characteristics |
| Sweet Bonanza CandyLand (2021) | Pragmatic Play | 54-segment wheel; numbers 1, 2, 5; three bonus games, including a live round of the Sweet Bonanza slot; Sugar Bomb multiplier of 2x–10x that chains across re-spins, with an optional Booster; maximum win of 20,000x |
| Money Time (2025) | Pragmatic Play | 54-segment wheel; wheel multipliers of up to 10x; a random booster of up to 50x on one bet spot every spin; four bonus games; maximum win of 40,000x |
| Crazy Time (2020) | Evolution | 54-segment wheel; numbers 1, 2, 5, 10; a two-reel Top Slot that can add a multiplier of up to 50x to one bet spot; four bonus games: Cash Hunt, Pachinko, Coin Flip and Crazy Time |
Crazy Time is the game show CandyLand is most often compared to. The two share a 54-segment wheel and the same basic idea of fixed number bets plus bonus games. Their multiplier logic is different, however.
Crazy Time’s Top Slot spins with every round and boosts a single bet spot, so a player either holds the boosted position or does not. CandyLand’s Sugar Bomb is a result of the wheel itself. It applies to every bet on the next spin and can chain.
💡 The source of brand value is also different. Crazy Time’s bonus games are original creations. CandyLand’s main bonus is a slot that many players already know.
Money Time is the closest Pragmatic Play relative. In structure, it is closer to Crazy Time than to CandyLand: it has a per-spin booster on one bet spot, four bonus games and a higher ceiling of 40,000x.
⚠️ If you carry both Pragmatic Play titles, they do different jobs. Money Time is a general-entertainment game show built around its bonus variety and maximum win. CandyLand is the branded game show for players who come from the Sweet Bonanza slots.
CandyLand belongs in the game-show section of the live lobby, but its most useful second placement is next to the Sweet Bonanza slots. A player who already knows the tumble feature and the multiplier bombs understands Sweet Spins immediately. For that audience, CandyLand is an easy first step into live casino.
The game itself gives you plenty to work with when building a promo campaign:
The host chat and the on-screen stats panel make it a social, easy-to-follow title for players who are new to live casino.
⚠️ The game has no demo, and free-spin grants are a slot tool, so the most practical campaign mechanics run through the franchise and through live-casino wagering.
One example is to show slot players a live casino message introducing Sweet Spins as a familiar feature. Another is to reward CandyLand play with free spins on a Sweet Bonanza slot.
With GR8_TECH’s CRM, you can build these scenarios around actual player behavior. Segmentation identifies Sweet Bonanza slot players and live casino newcomers. Journey Builder turns those segments into automated campaigns.
Gamification elements such as tournaments, quests, and achievements can be applied to live casino wagering. The CRM Bonus Shop lets players exchange earned points for rewards, including free spins on the related slots.
Four parties sit between a Sweet Bonanza CandyLand round and the player: the game, its provider, GR8_TECH, and your platform. Each carries its own obligations, and knowing where each one starts and ends makes integration simpler.
The game arrives as a fixed product. The wheel composition, paytable, RTP by bet position, Sugar Bomb range, Booster price, and payout cap are part of the game and cannot be changed by the aggregator or by the operator.
The same applies to the round-integrity rules in the game help. These include:
⚠️ The elements that change by deployment are table limits, currencies, and, where a jurisdiction requires it, the configuration of autoplay.
Pragmatic Play is responsible for everything that happens on the studio side. It operates the Bucharest studio under a Class II license from Romania’s ONJN and holds supplier licenses from regulators including the Malta Gaming Authority and the UK Gambling Commission. It runs the hosts, the shift managers, chat moderation, and the game’s certification. It also decides where its content may be offered, and regulators expect that decision to hold across the entire supply chain.
GR8_TECH holds its own B2B authorizations; we handle the licensing required to supply games in our geographies. In the chain, we are the supply link between Pragmatic Play and your platform. We deliver the provider-approved version of the game and carry the provider’s distribution terms through our aggregation layer.
Within that structure, adding CandyLand is a short process. Through GREAT_CASINO AGGREGATION, the game sits in the same integration as the rest of Pragmatic Play’s content, including the Sweet Bonanza slot family it draws on. As a result, the live game and its source slots can be placed, grouped, and promoted together from the start. Our CRM then lets you reach the players most likely to understand the game: the people who already play Sweet Bonanza.
