Gates of Olympus Roulette

Gates of Olympus Roulette is a live casino game show from Pragmatic Play. It is played on a single-zero European roulette wheel and themed around the provider's Gates of Olympus slot franchise. Every round, one Bonus Number and up to seven Lucky Numbers are assigned on the board. A straight-up win on a Lucky Number pays up to 250x. A straight-up win on the Bonus Number moves the game into a 6×5 Gates of Olympus slot round, where the final payout can reach 10,000x the stake.

What is Pragmatic’s Gates of Olympus Roulette, And How It Works

The game launched in April 2026 after a preview at ICE Barcelona in January. It continues the approach Pragmatic Play started with Sweet Bonanza CandyLand, which turned a slot brand into a live game show. The base product is different, though. Sweet Bonanza CandyLand is a money wheel, while Gates of Olympus Roulette keeps a full roulette table under the slot elements.

💡 Roulette players recognize the game by its rules, and slot players recognize it by its name.

The betting layout is standard European roulette, with the usual inside, outside, and racetrack bets. The presenter launches the ball by hand in a temple-themed studio built around a marble-encased wheel. All bets except straight-ups pay standard European odds.

💡 Straight-ups are where the game changes. A standard straight-up win pays 20:1 instead of the usual 35:1, and that difference funds the multipliers and the bonus round. The theoretical RTP is 97.30%, the same as classic single-zero roulette.

Before each spin, the game randomly selects the Bonus Number and the Lucky Numbers. Each Lucky Number carries a multiplier between 50x and 250x, which replaces the standard payout if the ball lands on that number. Only a straight-up bet on the exact number qualifies. A split, corner, or outside bet that covers a Lucky Number or the Bonus Number pays at normal odds and does not trigger a feature.

The Super Booster adds a second layer. When it hits, it multiplies the Bonus Number and a random selection of Lucky Number multipliers by 2x to 10x. This is how a base-game straight-up win reaches the 2,500x maximum: a 250x Lucky Number with a 10x boost.

The Gates of Olympus Bonus Round

When the ball lands on the Bonus Number, every straight-up bet on that number goes into the bonus round. The table switches to a 6×5 slot grid presided over by Zeus, and the round plays like the original slot. It runs 15 spins, pays for 8 to 12 or more matching symbols anywhere on the grid, and uses tumbles that clear winning symbols and drop new ones in.

Multiplier symbols worth up to 500x can land. Each winning multiplier adds to a progressive total that is applied at the end of the tumble sequence. Three or more scatters award five extra spins.

⚠️ The final prize, up to 10,000x the straight-up stake, is paid when all spins and tumbles are complete. If the Super Booster hits the Bonus Number in that round, the boost also applies inside the bonus.

The Bonus Number is one pocket on a 37-pocket wheel, so the bonus round comes up on average once every 37 spins. Only players with a straight-up on that number take part, and the rest of the table watches. This makes the bonus a regular event on the table rather than a rare one. It also defines who the game serves. Players who bet mainly on red/black, dozens, or columns get European roulette with regular pauses for a feature they cannot win. All of the game’s features belong to straight-up players.

Gates of Olympus Roulette vs Mega Roulette

Gates of Olympus Roulette vs Mega Roulette by Pragmatic Play, featuring both live presenters, roulette wheels, and contrasting Greek mythology and modern casino studios.

Two takes on multiplier roulette from Pragmatic Play. Gates of Olympus Roulette brings Greek mythology, Lucky Numbers, and a slot-style bonus round to the table, while Mega Roulette sticks to a more traditional live roulette format with randomly assigned multipliers. Both modify straight-up payouts, but their bonus mechanics and maximum wins set them apart.

Mega Roulette, launched in 2021, is the closest comparison in Pragmatic Play’s own catalog. It is also the model Gates of Olympus Roulette builds on.

Specification Gates of Olympus Roulette Mega Roulette
Launch 2026 2021
Boosted numbers per round Up to 7 Lucky Numbers plus 1 Bonus Number 1 to 5 Lucky Numbers
Multiplier range 50x–250x, plus 2x–10x Super Booster 50x–500x
Standard straight-up payout 20:1 29:1
Maximum straight-up win 2,500x base game; 10,000x bonus round 500x
Bonus round 6×5 slot round None

Both games reduce the standard straight-up payout and return that value as random multipliers. Mega Roulette uses a margin for fewer, larger multipliers on a 29:1 base. Gates of Olympus Roulette cuts the base further, to 20:1, and spreads the value across more Lucky Numbers, the booster, and a bonus round with a much higher ceiling.

💡 A straight-up player can see more boosted numbers per round and a higher maximum win, but an ordinary straight-up win pays less.

Pragmatic Play has also raised the ceiling of the Mega format itself. Mega Roulette 3000, released in October 2025, assigns up to eight Mega Lucky Numbers per spin, pays straight-up wins of up to 3,000x and has a maximum RTP of 97.50%.

⚠️ Multiplier roulette is therefore a crowded category within this one provider. Gates of Olympus Roulette stands apart through its slot bonus round and franchise, not its multiplier mechanic. If your roulette section already carries Mega Roulette or Mega Roulette 3000, this title adds a different kind of top-end moment rather than a new betting model.

Where Gates of Olympus Roulette Fits in Your Lobby

The game belongs in two places. In the live section, it sits with game shows and multiplier roulette, not in place of a standard roulette table. The 20:1 straight-up payout and the bonus pauses make it a poor substitute for players who want classic roulette.

In the slots section, it works as a cross-link from the Gates of Olympus slots. The bonus round reproduces the slot’s core mechanics: the 6×5 grid, pay-anywhere wins, tumbles, and the cumulative multiplier.

💡 The Gates of Olympus slot launched in 2021 and has since been followed by several versions, including Gates of Olympus 1000. A franchise collection that groups the slots with the roulette gives players a clear path from one vertical to the other. The roulette should sit near the front of that collection. In a long row of slot variants, a single live title is easy to miss.

Integrating Gates of Olympus Roulette Through GR8_TECH

You don’t need a separate technical integration with Pragmatic Play to add Gates of Olympus Roulette if you’re connected to GR8_TECH’s GREAT_CASINO AGGREGATION. The game is delivered through our unified API, alongside the rest of your casino content. That simplifies deployment, but it doesn’t eliminate the licensing and compliance checks required before launch.

Who Handles What?

Three parties share the work, with distinct responsibilities:

  • Pragmatic Play — game production and certification. The provider operates the live studio, roulette wheel, presenters, and bonus-round software. It controls the game rules, RNG-driven features, payouts, and RTP. Pragmatic Play is responsible for maintaining the relevant supplier licenses and technical certifications, including testing of the physical roulette and digital game components.
  • GR8_TECH — aggregation and technical delivery. Through GREAT_CASINO AGGREGATION, we manage provider connections, game delivery, API maintenance, and the integration of betting transactions and results with your platform. We also maintain the regulatory authorizations applicable to our supply services, including an MGA Recognition Notice granting equivalent rights to an MGA B2B authorization within its scope.
  • Your casino — player operations and market compliance. Your B2C license must permit the game in your target jurisdiction. You remain responsible for KYC, AML, age verification, responsible-gambling controls, player limits, bonus conditions, and advertising compliance. Our supplier authorizations don’t replace your operating license.

What You Need to Check Before Launch

Even with an existing aggregation connection, you need to confirm four things:

  • Market eligibility. Your license permits live roulette with RNG-based bonus features, and the relevant supplier authorizations cover your target market.
  • Game approval. Any jurisdiction-specific certification, technical documentation, or regulatory notification requirements are satisfied.
  • Technical setup. Game availability, supported currencies, table limits, wallet transactions, and reporting are configured and tested.
  • Promotional restrictions. The game’s 10,000x maximum potential win is represented accurately, and any bonuses or tournaments comply with local rules and the game’s supported promotional configuration.

Bringing the Game Into Your Lobby

Gates of Olympus Roulette offers a crossover experience between live casino and slots. Place it alongside multiplier roulette for straight-up bettors, and connect it to your existing Gates of Olympus collection to attract players familiar with the franchise.

GR8_TECH handles the aggregation layer and coordinates the technical requirements with Pragmatic Play. We can also help you evaluate market availability, configure the title for your lobby, and identify compatible promotional tools.
