Spring has just kicked off, but GR8 Tech is already preparing for the biggest sports event of the year. Dive in to explore new tools we built to help our clients transform peak traffic into sustained retention and GGR growth during the 2026 World Cup.

🎁 Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

This CRM release is packed with features that give managers greater autonomy and simplify the execution of journeys, rewards, and promotions.

“Series of Losing Bets” Mechanic

We’ve introduced an automated way to turn losing bets into engagement opportunities. The feature rewards players instantly after a defined number of consecutive losses, helping operators strengthen engagement and retention during loss periods without manual campaign setup.

Value for operators:

  • Instant player retention during negative sessions;
  • Reduced churn;
  • Stabilized GGR.

How it works:

  • Real-Time Tracking: Monitor consecutive losing bets per player;
  • Automatic Trigger: Grant a bonus after the user reaches a predefined loss threshold (N);
  • Dynamic Calculation: Bonus = % of total lost stakes;
  • No Opt-In Required: Issue bonuses instantly thanks to the event-driven logic (not promotion-based);
  • Smart Reset Logic: Use a counter that resets automatically after a winning bet or bonus issuance;
  • Easy Configuration: Streamline bonus notifications with ready-made templates.

New Input Source: Promotion

Explore Promotion Input Source—a new capability in Journey Builder that allows managers to add players on journeys via UBO or API without relying on CRM-only workflows. The update gives them full autonomy while reducing bottlenecks and speeding up manual campaign handling.

Why this matters:

By removing the need for CRM-mediated requests, operators accelerate response times and reduce the workload for CRM managers.

How it works:

  • New Journey Entry Point: Add Promotion Input Source directly on the Journey Flow canvas;
  • External Player Injection: Trigger journeys via UBO or API without CRM Back-Office access;
  • Controlled Logic Setup: Automatically disables conflicting Promotion or Multi-purpose activities;
  • Restricted Launch Mode: Works only with “Run once” to ensure stable re-entry logic;
  • Journey Filtering: Use the “Promotion: source” filter to quickly locate relevant journeys.

Journeys with Promotion in Campaign Connector

We’ve expanded cross-journey activation with Promotion support in Campaign Connector. The enhancement allows one journey to trigger another that uses the Promotion Input Source, helping CRM teams build continuous player lifecycles and automate follow-up campaign logic.

What’s new:

  • New Product Type: Select Journey (Promotion) in Campaign Connector;
  • Improved Campaign Identification: View Bonus Title and Description in the selection field;
  • Cross-Journey Logic: Automatically activate players in target journeys based on progress in another.

Enhanced Transaction Endpoints for Customer Support Systems

Forget about fragmented payment data with enhanced transaction endpoints for support systems. With the upgrade, operators gain access to richer, more consistent transaction data aligned with UBO and can build more robust, effective automation workflows.

Key updates:

  • Status Consistency: Get synchronized transaction statuses across UBO and CRM;
  • New Transaction Type: Retrieve Write-off transactions via API;
  • Provider Transparency: Access payment journey insights with Payment Group and Payment Method fields;
  • Improved Decline Clarity: Make support interactions clearer for the support agent with  the “DeclineReason” field that shows player-facing comments based on their transaction history;
  • Granular Transaction Data: Check specific details for each payout-related transaction via External ID, Provider Transaction ID, and Updated Date.

FreeBet as a Percentage from a Variable

From now on, FreeBet values can dynamically adapt not only to fixed amounts but also to real-time variables. By applying this option, operators can align bonus size with real gameplay inputs and build more flexible campaign mechanics.

Key functionality:

  • Formula-Based Calculation: FreeBet = variable value × %;
  • Cap Control: Limit Max FreeBet amount per currency;
  • Minimum Threshold Check: No FreeBet issuance below minimum bet value;
  • Rounding Alignment: Applies brand-level rounding settings.

❗The “FreeBet as % from Variable” option is available only when the input source includes variables.

Product Limits in Bonus Shop

Prevent uncontrolled reward distribution with advanced Bonus Shop limits. The feature lets operators set per-player purchase limits (daily and weekly) and availability timeframes, improving control over reward economics and player communication.

Value for operators:

  • Protected bonus budget;
  • Better player retention;
  • Long-term profitability achieved through sustainable reward strategies.

How it works:

CRM specialist sets a limit (e.g., 1 purchase per day) → Player reaches the daily limit → Systems triggers a clear message “Daily purchase limit reached. The product will be available again tomorrow.”

Key capabilities:

  • Purchase Limits: Set per-player daily and weekly limits;
  • Time-Based Availability: Restrict products by date, day, or time;
  • Countdown Timer: Show when a product becomes available again;
  • Clear Messaging: Notify players when limits are reached.

Quest Period Extension for Published Quests

We’ve made it possible to extend active quests without rebuilding them from scratch. With this capability, CRM managers can adjust campaign timing on the fly while preserving player progress and engagement.

ℹ️ Quests are a set of daily tasks that players can complete to earn LootBoxes, level system points, journey campaign bonuses, and other rewards.

Bonus Shop QAB in Promo Lobby

You asked for better Bonus Shop visibility, and we delivered a direct entry point in Promo Lobby. The feature introduces a QAB that redirects users straight to the Bonus Shop page, giving operators another controlled traffic source for reward-based engagement.

ℹ️ QAB, or Quick Access Button, is a small action button widget designed to provide users with rapid access to important functions or specific application sections, such as the Bonus Shop or Promo Lobby.

💻 Content Management System (CMS)

Here are several important updates within GR8 CMS for player engagement and simplified configuration.

Sticky Widget for Content Pages

We’ve added Sticky Widget support to make key actions visible while users scroll. This functionality keeps important CTAs accessible throughout the page, increasing engagement with long-form content.

Value for operators:

  • Improved click-through rates on key actions;
  • Increased session depth;
  • Stronger conversion from content to betting or gaming flows.

  • Cross-Platform Support: Works on Web, iOS, and Android;
  • Limitations: Only one widget per page variant can be Sticky.

New Desktop Layout Builder

Take full control over the Betbook desktop structure with the new Desktop Layout Builder available directly in the CMS UBO. The feature lets content and product teams configure layouts independently, without extra development.

Key capabilities:

  • Page-Level Layout Assignment: Assign layouts per page via CMS → Pages → Settings → Layout for precise control;
  • Centralized Layout Management: Manage all layouts in CMS → Appearance → Layouts without switching tools;
  • Predefined Layouts: Use ready-to-go General and Sportsbook layouts for faster setup;
  • Flexible Page Zones: Configure Left, Central, and Right sections independently;
  • Betslip Behavior Control: Choose between Fixed or Floating Betslip display on desktop.

👥 Player Account Management (PAM)

We’ve optimized how historical data is handled across the platform. By shifting older records to dedicated storage, PAM teams can work with a cleaner interface while still retaining access to long-term data when needed.

What has changed:

  • Recent Data Focus: UBO shows the last 30 days (wallet history) and 12 months (payment transactions);
  • Long-Term Storage: Older records moved to Athena;
  • Improved Performance: Reduced data load in operational views.

📊 Unified Back Office (UBO)

This time, our team placed a special focus on the UBO dashboards, enhancing them with smarter revenue analysis tools and filters. Besides, we extended player segmentation capabilities, cross-system communication, and content display options.

Instant Cashback Monitor

Track cashback activity in real time with the new Instant Cashback Monitor. The tool provides full transparency into cashback requests and calculations, helping operations and support teams accelerate issue resolution.

Key features:

  • Real-Time Tracking: Monitor cashback claims with Auto-Refresh;
  • Audit & Transparency: Access detailed eligibility checks and exact calculation breakdowns;
  • Rejection Insights: Instantly identify reasons for failed cashback;
  • Financial Overview: Monitor total claim counts and volumes across all currencies at a glance.

Player Segmentation Widget

We’ve brought Trust Level segmentation directly into the Player Info tab with a new widget. Now, operators can view and manage player segments without leaving the profile interface, gaining greater visibility and control.

What’s included:

  • Visible Trust Groups: Check the current segment assigned to a player, dynamically pulled from brand settings.
  • Organic (Unforced) Mode: Let the system automatically adjust the player's group based on their activity;
  • Pinned (Forced) Mode: manually assign a specific group to a player to lock their segment and prevent automatic changes;
  • Flexible Switching: Revert from Pinned to Organic and vice versa anytime.

Casino Dashboard Enhancements: GGR Aggregation

Check out strengthened tools for revenue analysis. From now on, operators can track casino revenue aggregation by provider and player, easily identifying the top 10 best- and worst-performing users and games.

Value for operators:

  • Quick identification of high-value providers and players;
  • Smarter revenue distribution;
  • More insights for targeted VIP strategies that maximize GGR.

  • Cross-Dashboard Consistency: Apply a unified analytics approach to the Casino and Sportsbook.

Payment Dashboard Enhancements: Statistics by Payment System

Get a deeper look into payment performance with a new “Statistics by Payment System” table. The table highlights transaction flow across providers and helps operators quickly identify the most impactful payment channels.

Key metrics:

  • Payment System Breakdown: View data per payment method;
  • Transaction Counts: Check success and total transactions;
  • Financial Metrics: See average and total amounts;
  • Sorted Insights: Quickly identify the highest-volume methods with the table that automatically sorts by Total Amount (€) in descending order and displays the top 10 payment systems.

Persistent Dashboard Filters

Test one more UBO update that allows switching between Dashboard tabs without losing context. With persistent timeframe filters, operators can reduce repetitive configuration and build a more efficient daily workflow.

How it works:

Set date range and granularity filters once → Get all the insights across General, Casino, Sport, and Payment tabs automatically generated for the same timeframe without reapplying filters.

Extended Date Filters

We’ve expanded date filtering options to ensure more precise analysis. The functionality helps operating teams set exact dates or custom periods for analysis and extract more granular insights.

New options:

  • Specific Date: Analyze performance for an exact calendar day;
  • Custom Range: Define any start and end date for flexible, ad-hoc reporting;
  • Hourly View: Set specific hours for Today and Yesterday on the General Dashboard;
  • Daily View: Indicate Specific Date and Custom Range across all dashboards.

Indicators for Updated Dashboard Data

Know exactly when your data was updated with a special “Last Updated” timestamp. With the addition, operators can instantly verify data freshness and accelerate decision-making.

What’s included:

  • Last Updated Indicator: Displayed per dashboard tab;
  • Time Zone Alignment: Matches a specialist’s local time;
  • Improved Transparency: No manual double-checks needed.

Add Player to Promotion from UBO

We’ve enabled manual player enrollment into active bonus campaigns and journeys from players’ profiles in UBO. The feature allows CRM specialists to instantly assign bonuses if a player misses an offer, reduces system switching, and helps support teams react faster when a manual intervention is required.

Improve the user experience by fine-tuning segmentation logic with behaviors and time-based conditions.

What’s new:

  • Segment Expiration Behavior: Retain or clear segment members after the end date;
  • Time-Based Conditions: Set a specific date and time when configuring date-type metrics.

We’ve extended display targeting to let operators tailor content based on device OS and deliver more personalized user experiences.

Available OS types:

  • Web Mobile iOS;
  • Web Mobile Android;
  • Web Mobile Other.

💳 Payments Hub

We’ve introduced the Fiat-to-Crypto Onramp in the Payment Widget to let operators onboard players to crypto directly within the payment flow. Now, users can purchase crypto without leaving the Payment Widget or resorting to third-party services, which reduces friction and improves conversion.

🔄 Mirror Management System (MMS)

Excluded routes are now available within Mirror Autologin Flow. The update allows brands to exclude specific routes from automatic redirection, protecting critical user flows such as deposits and phone confirmation.

ℹ️ Mirror Identity Provider (MIDP) is a backend service and authentication server used for the Mirror Autologin Flow that manages shared, brand-specific authentication domains to facilitate user login across different mirrors.

Key functionality:

  • Route Exclusions: Define specific pages where users will not be redirected to MIDP during a mirror switch.
  • Flow Protection: Prevent interruptions during deposits or phone confirmation.

🎲 Casino & ⚽ Sportsbook

We’ve rolled out a share_link deeplink, giving players a new way to trigger native link sharing directly from product widgets. The feature connects CMS elements with device-level sharing, enabling more flexible engagement flows.
