<p><strong>Strategy &amp; outcomes</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Analyse PSP APIs, payment flows, and system behaviour to identify improvement areas.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to optimise integrations, routing logic, and transaction flows.</li>
<li>Contribute to the payments roadmap with a focus on integrations and scalability.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Discovery &amp; decisions</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and integration requirements.</li>
<li>Translate PSP APIs and payment logic into clear, structured specifications for engineering.</li>
<li>Analyse product features and integration KPIs to identify risks and optimisation opportunities.</li>
<li>Use customer feedback and data insights to validate and refine solutions.</li>
<li>Conduct market and competitor analysis to support product decisions.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Delivery &amp; execution</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own functional and non-functional requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, flows).</li>
<li>Partner with engineering, design, and QA to deliver and iterate on payment integrations.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Integrations &amp; data</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Map and analyse APIs, PSP integrations, and data structures.</li>
<li>Define and ensure reliable data exchange across systems.</li>
<li>Identify and mitigate risks in integration flows, edge cases, and failures.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Stakeholder &amp; communication</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and delivery.</li>
<li>Create and maintain clear documentation (Vision &amp; Scope, BRDs, SRS, user guides).</li>
<li>Visualise workflows using BPMN, UML, or similar frameworks.</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>What makes you a GR8 fit:</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst, including hands-on PSP integrations.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of APIs, integration patterns, and data mapping.</li>
<li>Experience working with payment flows (deposits, withdrawals, routing, retries).</li>
<li>Solid knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.</li>
<li>Ability to structure complex integration logic into clear, actionable requirements.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and ability to work across technical and business teams.</li>
<li>Experience contributing to product decisions, roadmap, or prioritisation.</li>
<li>Experience defining and analysing product or integration KPIs.</li>
<li>Strong skills in process modelling (BPMN, UML, SIPOC, Value Stream Mapping).</li>
<li>Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, or Figma.</li>
<li>Professional English (written and spoken), fluency in Ukrainian or Russian.</li>
