<p data-start="101" data-end="539">This role exists to own end-to-end technical configurations for merchant payment integrations and cashier configurations, ensuring compliant, reliable, and observable payment processing across environments. The role focuses on accelerating time-to-live for clients through accurate setup, validation, and maintenance of payment configurations. It is a critical function as all client journeys and payment expansions depend on correct configuration processes.</p>

<li data-section-id="jxqdhq" data-start="698" data-end="796">Translate business constraints into executable configurations across payment methods and MIDs.</li>
<li data-section-id="qdgdqp" data-start="797" data-end="887">Configure and maintain payment methods, acquirer connections, and MIDs in Back Office.</li>

<li data-section-id="8ored6" data-start="926" data-end="1042">Plan and execute end-to-end validation including request/response mapping, callbacks, and reconciliation checks.</li>
<li data-section-id="18wscfo" data-start="1043" data-end="1146">Coordinate production launches ensuring readiness across Engineering, SRE, Compliance, and Support.</li>
<li data-section-id="mw160a" data-start="1147" data-end="1235">Provide L3 support, investigate incidents, and resolve configuration-related issues.</li>

<p data-start="1237" data-end="1280"><strong data-start="1237" data-end="1280">Observability, processes, and ownership</strong></p>

<li data-section-id="1ta3gpm" data-start="1377" data-end="1474">Define monitoring dashboards and alerts for approval rates, errors, and provider performance.</li>
<li data-section-id="rencxb" data-start="1475" data-end="1581">Maintain documentation, workflows, and act as subject-matter expert for Payment Gateway configuration.</li>

<li>Minimum 2+ years of experience in payment integrations configurations or similar roles.</li>
<li>Experience in configurations, QA, or Business Analysis within payments or fintech.</li>
<li data-section-id="xb6cdw" data-start="1627" data-end="1724">Strong understanding of JSON and XML with ability to configure payloads and provider schemas.</li>
<li data-section-id="lwy7bq" data-start="1725" data-end="1795">Hands-on experience with REST clients and API contract validation.</li>
<li data-section-id="12hw278" data-start="1796" data-end="1872">Working knowledge of SQL/PostgreSQL for data validation and diagnostics.</li>
<li data-section-id="1q69epx" data-start="1873" data-end="1945">Experience with webhooks/callbacks verification and troubleshooting.</li>
<li data-section-id="1p72tk1" data-start="1946" data-end="2025">Experience with Git/GitLab for configuration versioning and change control.</li>
<li data-section-id="dm5s7i" data-start="2026" data-end="2069">Basic understanding of CI/CD processes.</li>
<li data-section-id="1ygscon" data-start="2070" data-end="2174">Solid understanding of payment flows including authorization, capture, settlement, refund, and void.</li>
<li data-section-id="13r297i" data-start="2175" data-end="2225">Knowledge of 3DS/SCA flows and MID management.</li>
<li data-section-id="1zdyux" data-start="2308" data-end="2388">Awareness of compliance and risk controls such as KYC, AML, and fraud rules.</li>
<li data-section-id="q0muha" data-start="2710" data-end="2828">Practical experience with Postman or similar REST tools, JIRA, Confluence, manual testing, and log analysis tools.</li>
