<ul>
<li data-start="1783" data-end="1944">Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar senior engineering role with a track record of leadership, strong technical skills, and successful project delivery.</li>
<li data-start="1947" data-end="2005">Deep hands-on expertise in C# and .NET (Core / .NET 6+).</li>
<li data-start="2008" data-end="2126">Strong understanding of async/await, multithreading, thread safety, memory management, and performance optimization.</li>
<li data-start="2129" data-end="2240">Experience designing and evolving high-load backend systems with strict latency and reliability requirements.</li>
<li data-start="2243" data-end="2348">Ability to identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks across CPU, memory, I/O, and database layers.</li>
<li data-start="2351" data-end="2415">Experience designing and operating microservice-based systems.</li>
<li data-start="2418" data-end="2493">Experience working with messaging systems and event-driven architectures.</li>
<li data-start="2496" data-end="2562">Experience working with relational and non-relational databases.</li>
<li data-start="2565" data-end="2682">Understanding of transactions, isolation levels, locking, concurrency, indexing strategies, and performance tuning.</li>
<li data-start="2685" data-end="2770">Experience working with containerized environments including Docker and Kubernetes.</li>
<li data-start="2773" data-end="2831">Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated delivery.</li>
<li data-start="2834" data-end="2918">Understanding of scalability, load balancing, auto-scaling, and disaster recovery.</li>
<li data-start="2921" data-end="3015">Understanding of production observability including logging, metrics, monitoring, and tracing.</li>
</ul>
