  • Multiplier Logic: Apply multipliers to fine-tune calculations for Sport bets or Casino product types;
  • Formula: Points = (Bet Amount / Currency Rate) × Multiplier;
  • Currency Handling: Remember that empty currencies are excluded;
  • Level Configuration: Set the turnover range for each level.

Cashback options:

  • Net Spend Cashback: Total Deposits − (Total Withdrawals + Current Balance);
  • Net Loss Cashback: Total Bets − Total Wins;
  • Turnover Cashback by Product Type: Total Bets × % (with configurable percentage by product type and sub-product);
  • Frequency Setup: Define cashback frequency on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis per level;
  • Segmentation: Create player segments by level and use them for targeted engagement.

Layout and widgets in CMS UBO:

  • Short View: Compact progress bar that can be embedded on other pages;
  • Extended View: Detailed widget with full Level Program information, current progress, and cashback options;
  • VIP Lobby Support: Extended view used as a core part of a VIP Lobby or dedicated progress page;
  • Player-Specific Content: Displayed Level Program that users participate in;
  • Cashback Claiming: Ability to claim cashback directly from the widget.

Variables in Gamification

Forget about manual duplication of Quest condition values in descriptions. Speed up setup and reduce configuration errors by switching to dynamic variables in CRM BO.

ℹ️ Quests are gamified daily tasks players complete to earn LootBoxes, level-system points, journey campaign bonuses, and other rewards.

Previously, managers had to enter values such as amounts and currencies in both the Quest condition and the player-facing Quest description. Now, variables automatically go to descriptions based on the configured conditions, keeping the setup cleaner and more consistent.

New functionality:

  • Context-Aware Variables: Set values such as deposit amount, currency, and turnover for Quest descriptions ;
  • Indexed Variables: Reflect correctly multiple conditions within one Quest;
  • Smart Variables: Show only relevant variables based on the Quest setup;
  • Publish Validation: Before publishing, let the system check whether variables are missing or invalid;
  • Unified Naming: Maintain consistent naming logic across Quest conditions and descriptions.

Mandatory Deactivation Date for All AMS Segments

Segments now have a Deactivation Date. All segments become time-bound, automatically deactivate on expiry, and can be extended when needed. 

Why this matters: 

Time-bound segments reduce CRM clutter, prevent outdated cohorts from affecting Journeys, and help CRM teams keep segmentation logic relevant and easier to audit.

How it works:

Existing segments are updated with a default deactivation date: release date + 180 days. Once a segment expires, recalculation stops, and the last cohort is preserved, keeping historical logic intact without consuming unnecessary system resources.

Key updates:

  • Mandatory Deactivation Date: Required when creating or editing segments, with a maximum date 180 days ahead;
  • Automated Deactivation: Expired segments switch to Deactivated status automatically;
  • Cohort Preservation: Recalculation stops after expiry, while the last cohort remains available;
  • UI Improvements: New deactivation date column, “Deactivated soon” filter, and visual warnings for segments expiring within 7 days;
  • Journey Behavior: inactive segments are excluded from selection, highlighted in drafts, and stop receiving new players in running journeys;
  • Extension Support: Active segments can be prolonged by updating the deactivation date;
  • Duplication Safeguards: Journeys with deactivated segments require reassignment or extension before publishing.

📱 Content Management System (CMS)

We’ve introduced a new Promo Code widget that lets players enter and activate promo codes directly on product pages. No extra redirects, no separate activation flow, and no additional handling for unauthenticated users.

Value for operators: 

Reduced friction between offer discovery and player action thanks to the ability to embed promo code activation into acquisition pages, promo lobbies, and campaign journeys.

How to use it:

Place the widget on any page backed by the widget system, including the Main page, Casino lobby, and Promo lobby. Configure it through CMS and adapt it to the page layout, brand look, and campaign context.

Key functionality:

  • CMS Configuration: Add the widget to any supported product page through the widget system;
  • Flexible Layout: Let the widget automatically switch between horizontal and vertical states depending on screen size and content;
  • Branding Support: Configure a title, subtitle, and background image or leave the fields empty;
  • Login Handling: Automatically push unauthenticated players to log in before activation;
  • Promotion Redirect: Redirect players to the promotion detail page automatically after successful activation.

How it works for the player:

Player enters promo code → Clicks the activation button → Receives success or error feedback.

  • If the promo code is valid, the system displays a success notification and may redirect the player to the relevant promotion page;
  • If the code is invalid or unavailable, the player sees an error notification with a clear message;
  • If the player is not logged in, the login screen appears instead of continuing activation.

📊 Unified Back Office (UBO)

Check UBO enhancements that introduce more operational autonomy to sportsbook, casino, risk, marketing, and support teams. 

New Sports Navigation on Widget-Based Architecture

We’ve updated the Sports Navigation Overview in CMS UBO. Now it supports a flexible, widget-based sportsbook experience ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, giving operators greater control to structure, customize, and present sports content to players.

How it works:

  • On the player side, browsing becomes clearer across live and pre-match events, dedicated lobbies, tournament views, and competition pages;
  • On the back-office side, teams can configure the experience directly in CMS UBO without relying on rigid page structures.

User-side improvements:

  • Easier Browsing: For both live and pre-match events;
  • Consistent Structure: Sportsbook pages follow a clearer, more predictable layout;
  • Dedicated Lobbies: Support for all-sports lobbies, specific sports lobbies, and tournament lobbies;
  • Competition Pages: Separate pages for individual competitions.

Configuration options for operators:

  • Widget Setup: Manage the order, layout, and configuration through CMS UBO;
  • Visual Customization: Unlock more options to adapt the sportsbook experience to brand and campaign needs;
  • Custom Views: Shape pages by sport, category, tournament, or competitor;

💡 For better results, we recommend starting with a limited user group, testing widget behavior, and adjusting page settings before broader rollout.

Improvement for Provider Segmentation via Segment Engine

From now on, our clients can manage casino provider segmentation without raising a configuration ticket. This lets operators launch campaigns faster, control provider availability more precisely, and reduce manual coordination with internal support teams.

What’s new:

Previously, operators had to contact the Casino team, who manually linked segments with providers. Now, the provider-to-segment connection can be managed independently, reducing dependency on support workflows and speeding up configuration changes.

  • Segment Source: Dropdown values are fetched from Segment Engine;

  • Self-Service Setup: Operators can link providers and segments without GR8_TECH assistance.

New Metrics in Segment Engine

You wanted to track player location with more clarity—and we delivered that. New country-tracking metrics help operators clearly distinguish between user-provided registration data and system-detected location data. 

Why this matters:

  • Fraud and VPN Detection: Risk teams can compare declared and detected countries to spot discrepancies that may indicate VPN usage or potential multi-accounting;
  • Localized Marketing Precision: Marketing teams can decide whether to target players by self-reported country, language preference, actual location, time zone, or local payment context;
  • Compliance and Licensing: Operators get a clearer audit trail showing both the user’s selected country and the technical connection point at registration.

What’s new:

  • Country by Player’s Registration: Check the country that users manually selected during sign-up;
  • Detected Country Based on IP/Phone: Automatically identify the country using the system's IP address and mobile prefix.

Splitting Unmask Permissions

We’ve made sensitive-data access more granular by splitting the previous global unmask permission into separate permissions for non-VIP and VIP players. As a result, operators got flexible control over who can view, edit, or export sensitive information across operational teams.

Enhanced protection of sensitive player data without disrupting operational workflows for support, KYC, risk, and VIP teams.

Key updates:

  • Permission Split: Unmask access is now separated for non-VIP players and VIP players;
  • Affected Areas: Player list, player profile, KYC monitor, KYC history, transaction monitor, and transaction history;
  • Edit and Export Logic: Sensitive information must be unmasked before it can be edited or exported;
  • Masked Data Logic: If a block contains masked data, users must first unmask it before editing becomes available.

👥 Player Account Management (PAM)

PAM already provides new ways to handle money movement, from real-time transaction visibility on mobile to automated withdrawal-fee logic based on wagering status.

  • One Session at a Time: Widget shows the current active transaction, then moves to the next one after completion;
  • Fiat Display: Shows payment method, amount, and live countdown timer;
  • Fiat Redirect: After clicking the widget, the user gets redirected to Payment History;
  • Crypto Display: Switches to TX ID, network, and block confirmations once the transaction hits the blockchain;
  • Crypto Details: After clicking the crypto view, the user sees expanded details directly in the widget;
  • Final Status: Once a transaction is Completed or Failed, the widget becomes static;
  • Clean-up Logic: Widget disappears after the next page reload or session refresh;

Automated Wager Fee Deduction

We’ve introduced automated wager-fee deduction for withdrawals, helping operators enforce wagering-related withdrawal rules before the user reaches the cashier. The system now applies configured scenarios based on RAF settings, including fee calculation, cashier availability, or full withdrawal blocking.

Why it matters:

This creates a more reliable withdrawal-control flow, reduces manual intervention, and helps ensure the right risk or wagering scenario is applied before checkout.
