Aviator

Aviator is the crash game Spribe released in 2019, and the title most of the market now uses as shorthand for the whole format. Each round, a plane takes off with a multiplier that starts at 1x and climbs until the plane flies away at a point the game fixed before takeoff. Players win if they cash out before that moment, at whatever multiplier is showing. The standard build returns 97% to players, and they can verify every round through Spribe's Provably Fair system.

Spribe built its business on this one game before expanding into Turbo Games, its line of instant titles such as Mines, Plinko, Dice and HiLo. That history shows in how Aviator is built: it has a lean interface designed for a phone held upright, a shared round that every player watches at the same moment, and a promotional toolset that Spribe has continued to expand since launch.

Spribe projected Aviator’s monthly player base would exceed 60 million in 2025. The brand also runs on UFC broadcasts and enjoys an official partnership with AC Milan, so many of your players will know the name before they open your lobby.

How Aviator Works: Multiplier, Cash-Out and Shared Rounds

A round has three moments:

  • Betting window. Players stake during a short window before takeoff.
  • Flight. Once the plane is in the air, the multiplier rises and the cash-out button shows the current return in real time.
  • Fly-away. When the plane flies away, any stake still in play is lost.

Because the crash point is generated before the round begins, nothing a player does during the flight changes when it ends.

The bet panel supports two independent bets in the same round, each with its own cash-out. One bet can close at a modest multiplier while the other keeps running, which gives a single-mechanic game more range than its simple screen suggests. Auto Bet repeats a stake from round to round, and Auto Cash-Out closes a bet automatically once it reaches a chosen multiplier. Whether these automation controls are available depends on the market you operate in, and we help you configure them correctly for each one.

💡 What separates Aviator from a single-player instant game is the shared round.

A Live Bets panel shows every wager and every cash-out in the current round as it happens. A Top panel ranks the largest wins and multipliers, and an in-game chat runs beside the action, with big wins posted to it automatically. Players watch each other’s decisions as the multiplier rises, which makes the format feel closer to a live table than to a scratch card.

Provably Fair combines a server seed with client seeds to produce each result, and players can verify any completed round from its history. The rules also cover two edge cases:

  • Dropped connection. If a player’s connection drops while a bet is active, the game cashes out automatically at the current multiplier and credits the win.
  • Malfunction. If the game malfunctions, affected bets and payouts are voided and stakes refunded.

⚠️ Brief your support team on the disconnection rule before launch. A player who loses signal mid-flight may assume the bet was lost, when the game actually cashed it out at the multiplier showing at that moment. Knowing where to find that round in the player’s history resolves the ticket in one reply.

Aviator vs Spaceman

Side-by-side comparison of Spribe's Aviator and Pragmatic Play's Spaceman crash games, featuring Aviator's red airplane and Spaceman's cartoon astronaut against a cosmic backdrop.

Aviator vs Spaceman: two takes on the same crash-game formula.

Spribe has no sequel or second version of Aviator. The closest analogue is Spaceman by Pragmatic Play, a multiplayer crash game launched in 2022 on the same core loop.

Specification Aviator Spaceman
Provider Spribe Pragmatic Play
Release 2019 2022
RTP 97% 96.5%
Maximum win Configuration-dependent 5,000x
In-round risk control Two independent bets, Auto Cash-Out Full or 50% cash-out, including 50% Auto Cash-Out
Social layer Live Bets, statistics, chat Leaderboards, chat, bet history
Fairness Provably Fair Provably Fair

The real difference is how each game lets a player manage risk within a single round. Aviator does it with two separate bets; Spaceman lets the player bank half the win and leave the rest in flight. Both arrive at the same result through different controls: part of the return secured early, the rest exposed to a higher multiplier.

💡 Spaceman’s fixed 5,000x ceiling hands your marketing team a ready-made number, while Aviator’s ceiling depends on your configuration.

Spaceman also sits inside Pragmatic Play’s wider catalog, whereas Aviator brings Spribe’s own in-game promotional layer.

Carrying both puts two well-known titles in the same lobby role. Players get a choice of controls and themes, but the portfolio gains depth in one category rather than a new one.

Where Aviator Fits in Your Casino Portfolio

Aviator belongs in the instant-game section as the anchor of a crash collection; in most lobbies it is the title such a collection is built around. Rounds last seconds, the game runs comfortably on a phone held upright, and it needs no explanation beyond the cash-out button. That makes it a natural fit for mobile-heavy audiences and for players who find reel-based play passive. Because it doesn’t behave like a slot, it doesn’t compete with your slot inventory for the same session. It adds a different kind of play beside it.

Brand recognition does part of the merchandising work.

💡 Spribe markets Aviator directly to sports audiences, so if you also run a sportsbook, it is an instant game many of your sports customers may already have seen advertised. Placement near the sportsbook navigation puts that familiarity to use.

Aviator is less suited to a VIP strategy built around high limits, since stake and win ceilings are set in configuration and the format centers on frequent, quick decisions rather than large single wagers.

⚠️ Make Aviator findable by name: in lobby search, in the instant-games tab, and in a crash or Spribe collection. Placed in rotation among new slot releases, it competes for attention with titles of a different kind and becomes harder to find for the players who arrive looking for it.

Spribe’s Promotional Tools, Amplified by GR8_TECH’s Infrastructure

Aviator gives you more to work with than most instant games because Spribe built promotion into the game client:

  • Free Bets. The operator awards them, and they appear in the player’s Free Bets menu inside the game.
  • Rain. Free bets drop into the chat at random moments for players to claim. The operator can fund Rain, and players can also drop free bets for others from the Rain panel.
  • Aviator Challenges. Added in 2025, it lets you run three formats, with control over type, timing, prizes, names, descriptions, colors and tasks:

✔️ Missions: tasks to complete before a deadline.

✔️ Races: similar to Missions, with a limited prize pool that caps the budget.

                  ✔️ Tournaments: classic ranked competitions.

  • Network events. Spribe also runs network-wide Challenges and Tournaments across participating operators.

GR8_TECH builds the platform layer around those hooks. Our bonus engine supports FreeBets for instant games, as well as deposit and cashback bonuses. An Aviator free-bet offer can therefore sit inside a welcome or reload campaign and reach the right players through CRM segmentation and Journey Builder.

Our tournament engine runs network and operator tournaments across slots, live casino and instant games, with real-time leaderboards and two scoring mechanics: turnover and win/bet ratio. That lets Aviator take part in cross-product events as well as Spribe’s game-specific Challenges. For a crash game, the scoring choice shapes the event: win/bet ratio rewards a single high cash-out, while turnover rewards volume of play.

⚠️ Decide early which system owns the free-bet budget. Spribe’s in-game Free Bets and Rain can run alongside free bets issued from the platform bonus engine. Running both without a clear split makes cost tracking harder and bonus terms harder to keep consistent.

Integrating Aviator Through GR8_TECH

Through GREAT_CASINO AGGREGATION, Aviator arrives through the same single API as the rest of your aggregated content, together with the wider Spribe lineup. We handle the technical and commercial relationship with Spribe at the aggregator level, and aggregated integration typically reaches production in about two weeks.

⚠️ Responsibility is shared: we manage provider-level certification documentation, while player-facing compliance sits with your license.

Before go-live, check the following:

  • License and certification coverage. Confirm that Spribe is licensed or certified in each market you target, and that Aviator itself, not only the studio, holds a current certificate there. Match certificate versions to the build you deploy.
  • Lab certification alongside Provably Fair. Provably Fair lets players verify rounds; it does not replace RNG and game certification from an accredited test lab. Keep the lab reports on file.
  • RTP. Confirm the RTP configured in your build and how it is disclosed to players wherever disclosure is required.
  • Stake and win limits. Set minimum and maximum bets and the maximum win per currency, and make sure your terms and promotional copy match the deployed values.
  • Automation and game pace. Some markets restrict autoplay, automated play features or game speed. Confirm per market whether Auto Bet and Auto Cash-Out are enabled.
  • Chat and Rain. The chat is a live public channel, so confirm moderation, language coverage and chat rules. Decide market by market whether player-funded Rain is acceptable, since it lets players pass free bets to one another.
  • Free bets as bonuses. Free bets from Spribe’s Free Bets, Rain and Challenges, or from our bonus engine, are bonuses under your terms. Eligibility, wagering, expiry and promotional advertising rules apply to them as to any other offer.
  • Wallet and reconciliation. Test bet and win callbacks, free-bet funding, refunds on voided rounds and currency handling before launch. Run the disconnection and malfunction scenarios specifically.
  • Responsible gambling. Short rounds mean many decisions in a short time. Make sure your deposit, loss and session limits and reality checks apply to Aviator, and confirm which provider-side controls the build supports.
  • Geo-availability. Restrict access to markets where both your license and Aviator’s certification cover play.

The bottom line is that Aviator gives your instant-game section a recognizable anchor, and Spribe’s promotional layer gives your CRM team something specific to build around. We can help you decide where the title sits in your lobby and which GR8_TECH tools make sense around it.
