About your key responsibilities and impact:
- Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering;
- Conceptualizing original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks;
- Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices. Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding;
- Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to communicate interaction and design ideas;
- Working with different content management systems;
- Incorporating functionalities and features into websites;
- Testing and improving the design of the website;
- Preparing design plans, presenting the website structure and key deliverables to stakeholders;
- Establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Essential professional experience:
- 3+ years of proven work experience as a Web Designer;
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio;
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps;
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other visual design and wire-framing tools;
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction;
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively;
- Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies;
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team;
- Presentation skills;
- Upper intermediate English.
Desirable skills and personal features:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping is a plus;
- BSc/ MSc degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field;
- Experience in iGaming and/or B2B is a plus.
