About your key responsibilities and impact:

  • Managing HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS, TMS), including system maintenance, troubleshooting issues, assisting with improvements;
  • Providing support and training to users aimed at increasing awareness and efficiency of using the system;
  • HR-processes design and automation;
  • Working on constant processes and solutions improvements with the HR and IT teams. Investigate and implement new trends;
  • Developing and maintaining system documentation and guidelines.

Essential professional experience:

  • 1 year+ of HR systems administration;
  • Experience with the implementation of new systems would be a plus;
  • Ability to recommend optimal solutions to business problems, ability to distinguish user requests from business needs;
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Critical thinking;
  • Adaptivity, ability to work in quickly changing environment;
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
