About your key responsibilities and impact:
- Hiring professionals who meet job requirements as well as company culture in the international market;
- Providing superior service and developing strong relationships with all key stakeholders;
- Strategically leveraging tools to attract high-demand candidates;
- Conducting thorough interviews and compiling comprehensive feedback, applying competency interview practices;
- Encouraging focus on delivery and results;
- Actively contributing to the implementation of strategic initiatives to improve recruitment outcomes;
- Keeping up-to-date with new technological trends and products.
Essential professional experience:
- 3+ years of proven work experience as a TA Specialist/Recruiter for both technical and non-technical direction;
- Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques;
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, recruiting software, tracking performance metrics;
- Excellent knowledge of the area of expertise – market status, trends, best practices;
- Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills;
- Working proficiency level of English, both spoken and written.
