About your key responsibilities and impact:

  • Hiring professionals who meet job requirements as well as company culture in the international market;
  • Providing superior service and developing strong relationships with all key stakeholders;
  • Strategically leveraging tools to attract high-demand candidates;
  • Conducting thorough interviews and compiling comprehensive feedback, applying competency interview practices;
  • Encouraging focus on delivery and results;
  • Actively contributing to the implementation of strategic initiatives to improve recruitment outcomes;
  • Keeping up-to-date with new technological trends and products.

Essential professional experience:

  • 3+ years of proven work experience as a TA Specialist/Recruiter for both technical and non-technical direction;
  • Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques;
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, recruiting software, tracking performance metrics;
  • Excellent knowledge of the area of expertise – market status, trends, best practices;
  • Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills;
  • Working proficiency level in English and Ukrainian, both spoken and written.
