UBO CMS now allows seamless and fast configuration of navigation elements for Desktop Header and Tabbar navigation.

  • Configurable Sections: Create separate navigation items to lead users to any product page or external links.

  • Different Styles of Display: Select the customization options, whether you need only text, icons, or both at the same time. Moreover, select the placement of your central section alignment for the header navigation element.

  • Customizable Icons: Find the correct tokens to display your navigation items, choosing from color or minimalistic options.

  • Display Options: Apply different header or tabbar variations depending on the user cohorts to find the best navigation routes and scenarios for your users.

👩‍🚀Player Account Management (PAM)

We added the Telegram Registration and Login (WEB) feature.

  • Register via Telegram: New users can sign up by connecting with our Telegram bot.

  • Login via Telegram: Simplified login without passwords through Telegram authentication.

🪜GrowthBook

iOS and Android apps can now have a Deposit button in the navigation bar. This button can be switched on separately on the main, sports, and bet history screens with GrowthBook configurations.

Migration of National Event to a Custom Page

We are transitioning the National Event feature to a custom page, unlocking several valuable benefits for your brand:

  • Multiple National Events per Brand: Ideal for multinational brands, this feature allows tailored content for different countries, enhancing local relevance and engagement.

  • Enhanced Content Flexibility: Add competitors, teams, or tournaments beyond a specific country.

  • Custom Icons: Personalize your National Event page with a unique icon to capture attention.

  • Adjustable Menu Position: Seamlessly reposition the "National Event" in the sports menu to suit your navigation preferences.

Platform availability: The feature is supported on WEB, iOS, and Android platforms and is enabled for the demo brand at demo.gr8.tech.

Market Name in Overview

We’ve introduced the ability to display Market Names in the Overview, ensuring users can easily access active markets throughout the entire match. 

The first market to feature this enhancement is Next Goal (Which team will score Goal #).

Resulting Odds in Bet Builder

With this new feature, while creating their bets Bet Builder users can view resulting odds that closely match those displayed in the coupon. This improvement provides greater clarity and simplifies the betting process for users.

Why is this feature important?

When using Bet Builder, players often find it unclear why the odds they select differ from those shown in the coupon and which market to choose to get higher odds. This enhancement resolves that confusion, delivering a more seamless and transparent experience.

How to activate it?

Use the GB key: sport.betbuilder.result_odds_view or submit a config request.

We integrated GR8 Tech with Zendesk to enhance customer service capabilities for businesses by:
  • Integrating the powerful custom-developed Player 360 App into your Zendesk account.

  • Integrating Zendesk live chat feature into your website.

The Player 360 App is designed to streamline workflows by offering a complete view of the player's personal, financial, and subscription data within the Zendesk interface.

The app provides the following benefits:

  • Rapid Player Identification: Instantly access a complete player profile, including personal and account information, using identifiers like email, phone number, or player ID.

  • Key Profile Highlights: Quickly view essential details about a player to resolve issues faster.

  • Comprehensive Transaction History: Access detailed records of player transactions (deposits and withdrawal) for the last 3 months without a need to leave Zendesk.

  • Unified Backoffice Integration: Enjoy seamless navigation to the Unified Backoffice for further account management and troubleshooting.

  • Player ID Reporting: The app updates Zendesk with the Player ID in real-time as it loads, ensuring accurate and actionable data for reporting and analysis.

GR8 Tech facilitates the seamless integration of Zendesk's live chat feature into the operator’s website. To enable this, the operator’s support team must configure the live chat channel in their Zendesk admin panel and provide the generated chat script to the GR8 Tech integration team.
