A Partial Cashout Added

A partial cashout is an extension of the current cashout. Now, players can withdraw part of the funds from the offered cash out and keep the bet in play.

How does it work?

Players are offered two cashout options: Partial or Full. When choosing Partial, a partial cashout menu will open, where the player can select the amount using a slider or input menu. The amount they choose can range from 0.01 units to the full cashout amount.

When the player picks how much cash to pull out, he will see real-time info like what’s left in the bet and the latest payout updates.

After a successful partial cashout, the player will receive the amount on their balance, and the bet history will be updated. The player will receive all the details:

• The original bet amount.
• The amount was withdrawn through a partial cashout.
• The current bet amount after the partial cashout.
• The possible payout if the bet wins.

📌 Players can currently make two partial cashouts. After that, they can only make a full cashout.

As a full cashout, the operator can turn this feature off.

Descriptions to custom pages

The ability to add descriptions to custom pages is here. This feature lets you publish content about tournaments and/or teams featured on these pages.

You can include a title, main text, and an image. Additionally, there is an option to add a More Information button. When clicking this button, users can:

• Be redirected to an internal or external resource.
• View a modal window with more detailed information.

Only two simple steps are needed:

1. Submit a request in Jira to create a new custom page.
2. Add specifications: Title text, main descriptive text, image in PNG format, link for redirection or detailed text for the modal window.

Issuance of FreeBets with Dynamic Values via Webhook

Our platform has a new update that gives betting operators more flexibility. You can now issue different amounts of FreeBets using a webhook. This option automatically sends FreeBet amounts based on each player's activity. The webhook must include both the FreeBet amount and the currency type to ensure everything runs smoothly.

The update limits the ability to add players manually with custom FreeBet values but improves promotion automation and customization. It will especially help iFrame clients by making user engagement easier and more effective.

Tournament Lobby 

The Tournament Lobby is a tool for online casino operators to engage players, drive participation, and increase retention. Gathering all tournament-related activities makes it easier for players to discover, join, and stay engaged in ongoing competitions.

Key features:

• Seamless Navigation: Access Current, Upcoming, and Historical tournaments all in one place.
• Smart Sorting: Tournaments are prioritized based on player participation, ensuring a personalized experience.
• One-Click Access: Tournament cards are fully clickable, leading to the tournament page.
• Participation Management: Sign up in advance for upcoming tournaments, instantly join ongoing tournaments, and automatic enrollment for pre-registered players when the tournament starts.
• Leaderboard & Rewards: Real-time updates on player rankings, rewards, and participation status.

Multi-Currency Support in Tournaments 

Operators can now create tournaments in the supported currencies. Players will no longer face issues related to currencies, which automatically improves tournament metrics for operators.

Key benefits:

• The currencies supported by the brand are available for tournament creation.
• Only games supporting the selected currency will be available in the tournament setup.
• If a brand has enabled the currency converter, additional games supporting the target currency conversion will be displayed.
• On the Add Players page, the system automatically includes only players using the selected tournament currency.

How it works:

1. Choose a currency from the list of supported options in the General tab.
2. Configure the Prize Pool, Prize Distribution, Games, and Participants sections.
3. The game list updates to show only games compatible with the selected currency.
4. Once all settings are finalized, schedule and start the tournament to engage players in their preferred currency.

💳 Payments Gateway

To help operators enhance payment efficiency, reduce costs, and improve user experience, we are introducing Account-to-Account Payments Management—a direct, secure, and cost-effective way to handle deposits and withdrawals.

Why it is relevant:

✅ Build Trust and Security for Players: In South Asia, players like to transfer money directly to the Merchant's bank account. This method ensures secure and reliable transactions.

✅ Faster and Smoother Transactions: By removing intermediaries, operators can process payments more quickly and reliably, which is important in Asia and LATAM markets. Traditional payment methods can limit options.

✅ Cost-Effective Payments: Account-to-account payments have lower transaction fees, making them a budget-friendly choice compared to other deposit methods. This helps increase profits.

✅ Control Over Payments: Merchants can create custom payment groups with specific bank account settings. This allows for easy acceptance and withdrawal of payments without third-party involvement.
