About your key responsibilities and impact:

  • Interacting with potential candidates on professional networks and using various sourcing techniques;
  • Developing talent pipelines for future hiring needs;
  • Providing superior service and developing strong relationships with all key stakeholders;
  • Measuring conversion rates, including the number of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, receive offers, and get hired;
  • Promoting our employer brand online and offline;
  • Maintaining candidate databases (e.g., via our Applicant Tracking System);
  • Posting jobs as per agreed sourcing methodology across internal and external systems;
  • Ensuring all information is accurately reflected and all recruitment documentation is up-to-date and well-organized;
  • Utilizing Excel for data analysis, reporting, and maintaining organized records;
  • Conducting analytical tasks to support recruitment strategies and decision-making. 

Essential Professional Experience:

  • 1+ years of proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer;
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings);
  • Knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices);
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates;
  • Working proficiency level in English and Ukrainian, both spoken and written;
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting;
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in managing and organizing documents;
  • Analytical skills to evaluate and improve recruitment processes.;
  • Experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software, and candidate databases.
