About your key responsibilities and impact:

  • Customizing payment methods after integrating process;
  • Solving technical problems of payment methods;
  • Communicating with providers about technical issues;
  • Logs parsing for finding and solving technical problems;
  • Creating and customization dashboards for monitoring;
  • Communicating with other teams during integration processes;
  • Finding and solving problems of our product;
  • Making our product better every day;
  • Customizing the alerting service in the microservice application.

Essential professional experience:

  • Working experience in the same position in Fintech\E-commerce\PSP 1+ years;
  • Technical experience and understanding of how payment system works;
  • Strong knowledge of transaction flow and understanding of integration features and processes;
  • Strong knowledge in logs parsing and investigation of technical issues with transactions and integrations;
  • Experience in Prometheus, Kibana service would be a plus;
  • High level of responsibility and ability to accomplish tasks;
  • Result-oriented;
  • Multitasking and energetic;
  • Experience in JIRA and Confluence;
  • Intermediate+ level of English.
