About your key responsibilities and impact:

  • General office support (supervising the cleaning, housekeeping, floral, minor repairs, and other services);
  • Purchasing of goods and services for the office;
  • Order of food and snacks, office paper and stationery, and other household goods for the office needs;
  • Payments for the location-related expenses in Cyprus (timely booking in 1C and payment control);
  • Admin budget preparation and control;
  • Maintenance of suppliers’ contact base;
  • Arrangement of the small office events and outdoor activities for the Cyprus team;
  • In coordination with the HR department, support arranging all GR8 corporate events in Cyprus;
  • Monitoring the satisfaction ratio for all events in Cyprus by sending feedback surveys and preparing reports based on their results;
  • Maintaining a contacts base of verified event companies in Cyprus;
  • Controlling event budget utilization;
  • Support with the application for a work permit in Cyprus to ensure the smooth process of visa prolongation;
  • Contact with the local authorities and service providers regarding the migration and visa requests for the employees.

Essential professional experience:

  • Upper-Intermediate level of English; 
  • Greek language as an advantage;
  • 2+ years of experience as an office manager or similar role;
  • Experience in communicating with stakeholders;
  • Familiarity with 1C and HiBob programs;
  • Experience in supporting events;
  • Strong organizational and communication skills;
  • Proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving.
