Middle Project Manager for Unified Feed Team

About your key responsibilities and impact:

• Managing mid-size internal or small external projects;
• Developing project plans with clear scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource needs;
• Facilitating requirement gathering and estimation processes;
• Contributing to change management initiatives;
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders and clients, facilitating meetings and progress updates;
• Managing expectations, handling objections, and fostering strong partnerships across business units;
• Assembling and guiding project teams, setting clear expectations and tracking performance;
• Supporting recruitment and onboarding of new team members;
• Collaborating with QA experts to ensure high-quality deliverables;
• Identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies through proactive planning.

Essential professional experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Business Administration;
• 3+ years in IT project management, working with cross-functional teams in international settings;
• Experience with client-facing projects and product development teams (10+ members);
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project);
• Solid understanding of SDLC and familiarity with e-gaming industry;
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, Hybrid);
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities;
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments;
• Flexibility to adapt strategies to evolving project needs;
• Upper Intermediate+ English level;
• Fluent in Ukrainian or Russian.
