About your key responsibilities and impact:

  • Planning and adapting project goals by the Product Team Backlog;
  • Providing personalized coaching and mentorship for team members;
  • Identifying and addressing obstacles hindering team progress;
  • Establishing robust communication channels for stakeholders;
  • Managing stakeholder engagement and feedback effectively;
  • Fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing;
  • Driving continuous improvement in project processes and outcomes.

Essential professional experience:

  • At least 3 years of project management experience, specifically in managing product development Teams;
  • Demonstrating strong leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and motivate team members, delegate tasks effectively;
  • Proven track record in identifying performance gaps within teams or processes, implementing targeted strategies to address them, and measuring the effectiveness of performance improvement initiatives;
  • Having a solid technical or analytical background, including proficiency in relevant tools or technologies, and the ability to interpret and analyze data to inform decision-making and problem-solving;
  • Demonstrating expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with project activities;
  • Proficiency in Ukrainian and English at an upper-intermediate level or above is necessary.
