About your key responsibilities and impact:

• Primary risk management of sports events;
• Controlling of publication matches;
• Controlling limits of the matches;
• Communicating with internal teams and 3rd-party providers;
• Managing risks through the use of fraud tools and control of the betting flow;
• Analyzing customers and identifying their suspicious activity using different betting strategies;
• Working with requests from internal teams and B2B partners;
• Working with consoles and 3rd-party providers (booking matches, changing templates);
• Constant updating of skills and learning new functions and capabilities of programs, tools, and services.

Essential professional experience:

• Ability to make independent decisions and respond in real-time to market changes and sports news;
• Strong analytical skills for assessing market trends, identifying suspicious betting activity, and interpreting competitor behavior;
• Proficiency in using provider consoles and trading tools, including reading and adjusting settings and analyzing platform data;
• Deep knowledge of sports trading concepts, risk management, odds, betting markets, and trading patterns;
• Ability to process and prioritize requests from other teams in alignment with strategic goals;
• Effective teamwork, including supporting teammates, assisting with training, and solving issues for newcomers;
• Skilled in collecting, organizing, and analyzing trading data and reports to support tool and process improvements;
• Ability to find solutions independently, document issues clearly, and ensure continuity of trading operations;
• Adaptability and willingness to learn, stay current with industry trends, and explore new trading opportunities;
• Strong knowledge of the sports betting industry and sports in general;
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; good grasp of mathematics;
• Strong written communication skills in Ukrainian and English.
