● Developing innovative concepts, campaigns, and communication platforms;
● Creating creative ideas, slogans, scripts, and advertising copy;
● Adapting and enhancing existing projects to meet business needs;
● Maintaining and evolving the brand’s voice across all platforms;
● Ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging across different platforms;
● Crafting engaging copy and narratives for the company’s campaigns across various channels;
● Revising and improving content based on feedback from team members and stakeholders;
● Editing and proofreading copy to ensure it is error-free, coherent, and adheres to brand guidelines;
● Actively participating in creative brainstorming sessions;
● Collaborating closely with the Creative Lead, other team members, marketing, and event teams to create integrated marketing campaigns.
● Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (experience in iGaming is a plus);
● Proven ability to develop and present creative ideas to meet business needs;
● Proven, extensive experience in writing, compelling and on-brand advertising copy across all relevant channels and tactics;
● Proactive approach to brainstorming and idea generation;
● Capability to expand a creative idea across various tools and platforms;
● Experience in creating scenarios for advertisements;
● Up-to-date knowledge of trends in communication, advertising, marketing, and social media;
● Excellent communication skills;
● High levels of self-discipline, accuracy, and professionalism;
● Great command of English (B2/C1 level);
● Fluent in Polish is a strong advantage;
● Portfolio with your best works.
