<p data-start="210" data-end="473">This role exists to support and grow GR8 Tech clients by ensuring smooth operations, effective product usage, and strong day-to-day partnerships. You’ll help clients get value from the platform, improve ROI, and provide feedback that supports product development.</p>

<h2 data-start="1420" data-end="1447">What makes you a GR8 fit:</h2>

<li data-start="1463" data-end="1897">1–2 years of experience, with at least <strong>1 year in the iGaming industry</strong> as an B2B Account Manager or in a related role.</li>
<li data-start="1463" data-end="1897">Advanced English and <strong>fluent Turkish</strong>.</li>
<li data-start="1463" data-end="1897">Confident MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).</li>
<li data-start="1463" data-end="1897">Basic experience with CRM and BI tools.</li>
<li data-start="1463" data-end="1897">Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence.</li>
<li data-start="1463" data-end="1897">Ability to work independently and prioritize operational tasks.</li>
<li data-start="1463" data-end="1897">Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="1899" data-end="1915"><strong>Nice-to-have</strong></p>

<li data-start="1916" data-end="2173">Familiarity with SDLC and task management tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro).</li>
