About your key responsibilities and impact:

  • Collaborating with the Marketing manager to understand campaign goals, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs);
  • Researching and analyzing market trends, competitors, and audience behavior to inform media buying decisions;
  • Developing comprehensive media plans aligned with campaign objectives and budget constraints;
  • Identifying and negotiating with media vendors, including publishers, broadcasters, and digital platforms, to secure optimal advertising placements;
  • Developing and managing media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of funds across various channels;
  • Executing media buying strategies across digital channels. Implementing targeted and data-driven ad placements to maximize reach and engagement;
  • Monitoring and analyzing the performance of media campaigns using relevant analytics tools;
  • Generating regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future optimizations.


Essential professional experience:

  • Proven experience in media planning and buying, preferably in an advertising agency or a similar role;
  • Experience with B2B marketing is a strong plus;
  • Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and others;
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics) to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions;
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with media vendors;
  • Familiarity with media planning tools and analytics platforms;
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data clearly and understandably;
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Critical thinking skills;
  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Advertising or related field is a plus;
  • Upper-intermediate English is required.
