About your key responsibilities and impact:

  • Providing technical support within creation and processing requests for systems and services access for internal employees in the company (Monday-Friday, 9:00 -18:00);
  • Providing rights and granting permissions for different systems and services through the AD and GSuite;
  • Supporting in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting related to granted permissions and accesses;
  • Communicating with internal employees in the company through internal ServiceDesk Systems and messengers.

Essential professional experience:

  • Experience in customer support, service desk, or incoming line;
  • Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows\MacOS);
  • Knowledge of Networking (OSI, TCP\IP protocols);
  • Understanding of Active Directory and GSuite;
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
  • Fluency in the Ukrainian language;
  • Intermediate+ English level;
  • Experience with JIRA/Confluence.
