<p>This role exists to ensure our users never miss a second of the action. You’ll help us drive user retention and engagement by maintaining a flawless library of live video content and pitch animations, ensuring every event on our platform is powered by high-quality, real-time data.</p>
<h2><strong>What you’ll drive:</strong></h2>
<p><strong>Content Mapping &amp; Integration</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Own</strong> the mapping of live video streams and pitch animations to specific sports events on the platform.</li>
<li><strong>Expand</strong> the streaming database by proactively searching for and integrating alternative content sources.</li>
<li><strong>Ensure</strong> the accuracy of sports content by cross-referencing data with internal tracking systems.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Operational Monitoring &amp; Quality Control</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Monitor</strong> sports content and data tracking in real-time to prevent service gaps.</li>
<li><strong>Identify</strong> and track non-working or incorrectly functioning broadcasts and animations.</li>
<li><strong>Maintain</strong> and update databases, ensuring all information is structured and easily accessible for other teams.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Technical Support &amp; Provider Relations</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Partner</strong> with content providers to resolve technical streaming issues swiftly.</li>
<li><strong>Support</strong> clients by diagnosing and fixing video streaming disruptions.</li>
<li><strong>Communicate</strong> effectively with cross-functional teams to process requests and escalate critical bugs.</li>

<li><strong>Sports Enthusiast:</strong> Solid knowledge of various sports, rules, and the structure of international leagues/tournaments.</li>
<li><strong>Data-Savvy:</strong> Ability to handle large volumes of data with high attention to detail and proficiency in Google Sheets/MS Excel.</li>
<li><strong>Technical Literacy:</strong> Confident PC user with an understanding of streaming platforms (YouTube, Twitch, etc.).</li>
<li><strong>Language:</strong> English at a B1 level or higher (capable of professional written communication), native Ukrainian or Russian.</li>
<li><strong>Adaptability:</strong> Ready to work in a fast-paced environment with a <strong>shift-based schedule</strong> (including morning and evening rotations).</li>
<li><strong>Problem Solver:</strong> Ability to quickly identify root causes of operational issues under pressure.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Nice-to-have</strong></p>

<li>Previous experience in a support or monitoring role within the iGaming or Sportsbook industry.</li>
<li>Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas and data visualization).</li>
<li>Experience working with external B2B content providers.</li>
