About your key responsibilities and impact:

  • Compliance Coordination: Assisting in managing compliance processes, ensuring all activities meet regulatory and provider standards;
  • Documentation Support: Helping with preparing, organizing, and submitting necessary documentation to relevant stakeholders;
  • Task Management: Coordinating and tracking tasks to ensure timely completion of compliance-related activities;
  • Provider Liaison: Maintaining communication with providers to secure necessary approvals and ensure compliance with their requirements;
  • Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth operations and address any compliance-related challenges;
  • Regulatory Awareness: Staying informed about industry regulations and helping implement changes as needed.

Essential professional experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related field;
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy;
  • Proficient in using task management and CRM software (e.g., Excel, Jira);
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and KYC processes;
  • At least Intermediate+ English level; proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.

Desirable skills and personal features:

  • Proactive and self-motivated;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • Team player with a collaborative approach;
  • Out-of-the-box thinker;
  • Punctual and dedicated;
  • Relevant certifications in compliance or KYC processes are a plus;
  • Familiarity with technical integration processes is beneficial;
  • Experience in iGaming and working in a legal department is a plus.
