We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as the Head of Sport Business Unit. This role requires a dynamic and visionary leader with a passion for driving revenue from sportsbook-based B2B products. As the Head of Sport Business Unit, you will be responsible for leading the development and management of our sportsbook B2B offering, including the strategic determination of product offerings, key target markets, and the implementation of effective promotion, marketing, and sales strategies in collaboration with our marketing and sales departments.

Challenges of this role:

  • Effectively positioning and differentiating our sportsbook B2B offering in a competitive market; 
  • Driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability in the B2B segment; 
  • Building and leading a high-performing technology and operations team; 
  • Navigating complex contract negotiations with key stakeholders; 
  • Keeping pace with industry trends and best practices to ensure our offering remains innovative and competitive.

About your key responsibilities and impact:

  • Keening on driving revenue from sportsbook-based B2B products;
  • Leading the development and management of our sportsbook B2B offering, including determination of the set of products, key markets, promotion, marketing, and sales (joint effort with marketing and sales departments);
  • Managing and leading a technology team and operations team – to build the best product;
  • Effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop to be a part modular platform;
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts; including contract negotiations;
  • Defining and tracking key performance metrics to measure the success of the business unit, control the costs;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sports and sports betting, and ability to work effectively with a professional network.

Essential professional experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in sports betting, with a focus on managing and leading a team;
  • Deep understanding of the gambling B2B market;
  • Experience in selling and pre-selling activities on B2B market;
  • Ability to build and effectively use a professional network;
  • Proven track record;
  • Strong leadership and team management skills;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional experience to our customers;
  • Proficiency in both Ukrainian or Russian and English is necessary;
  • Prior experience in pre-sales or customer relations, involving the objective of showcasing and persuading customers to buy a product or service, is desirable.
