About your key responsibilities and impact:

Strategic Leadership

  • Aligning the platform’s strategy with organizational goals;
  • Contributing to company-wide strategic decisions;
  • Driving the transition to modern, scalable technologies.

Profitability and Scalability:

  • Increasing revenue per head by 20%;
  • Reducing platform transaction costs by 20%;
  • Enhancing the ratio of platform tasks done independently by clients.

Team Management and Culture:

  • Leading a team of 200 professionals;
  • Cultivating a high-performance culture through mentorship and knowledge sharing;
  • Improving team retention.

Operational Excellence:

  • Standardizing and unifying delivery and reporting processes across sub-departments;
  • Establishing transparent performance metrics and dashboards.

Technical Expertise:

  • Maintaining up-to-date understanding of product and platform technologies;
  • Supporting clients and business units with scalable tools like APIs/SDKs.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Building and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Advocating for customer-focused development while managing conflicts diplomatically.

Essential professional experience:

  • 7+ years in the IT industry with at least 3 years in a leadership position, such as Head of Development, Head of Engineering, or Head of Product;
  • A strategic mindset to align platform goals with broader organizational objectives;
  • Expertise in achieving financial goals, such as improving profitability and reducing costs;
  • Ability to drive technological transformation and scalability initiatives;
  • Solid understanding of modern, scalable platform technologies, APIs, and SDKs;
  • Ability to contribute to discussions on technical strategies and product evolution;
  • Demonstrated success in standardizing processes and implementing reporting mechanisms;
  • Familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) and their impact on business success;
  • Experience in transitioning traditional operations to client-empowered, self-service models;
  • Skilled in establishing performance metrics to ensure transparent operations;
  • Strong track record of managing and inspiring large teams (200+ people);
  • Proficiency in developing talent and fostering a knowledge-sharing culture;
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships across departments and stakeholders;
  • English level – Upper-intermediate/advanced (you will be involved in pre-sales activities and exhibitions).

Desirable skills and personal features:

  • Understanding of different team topologies(their pros and cons for organization);
  • Experience in designing and delivery of high load PaaS products.
