We are looking for an experienced Employer Brand (EB) Lead to build and strengthen our employer brand across existing and new markets. As a remote-friendly company with a strong Ukrainian core team, we are growing our global presence and need an Employer Branding expert who understands how to develop our EB awareness and its positioning. This person will be responsible for crafting our employer branding strategy, adapting it for new geographies, and promoting our unique company culture to attract top talent. This person will create and execute our EB strategy and Employee Value Proposition (EVP), to increase EB awareness for attracting top talent. You’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and our Executive teams to create a clear, authentic employer story that reflects our global goals,company values and people-centered culture.
