About your key responsibilities and impact:

  • Advising on the valid use of CRM tools;
  • Assisting and consulting in using CRM tools such as segmentation, automation, customer journey builder, tracking to make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns;
  • Participating in trainings/workshops for new and current CRM managers;
  • Creating new and updating current instructions and user guides for CRM tools. 

Essential professional experience:

  • Understanding the mechanics of churn, retention and return of users on the product;
  • Good written and spoken communications in Ukrainian and English (from the level of B2);
  • Analytical thinking approach and strong communication skills.
