We are looking to recruit a Contracts Officer to join our offices in Limassol.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collection of the necessary information to create requests for new contracts in the Document Management system, coordination of conditions with counterparties.
- Communication with employees involved in the process of the contract’s approval.
- Organization of systematic accounting and storage, introduction of amendments and additions under contracts in the Document Management system
- Consulting of the Company’s employees in creation, maintenance and storage of the contracts in the Document Management system.
Qualifications:
- Higher education in Finance/Accounting/Economics is required
- High level of communicative skills
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles. Experience with Document Management will be an advantage
- Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel). Knowledge of 1C will be considered as an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Russian and English. Knowledge of Greek language will be considered as an advantage.
- High attention to details, responsible, positive, team-oriented and all can do attitude.
- Professional treatment of confidential information.
