Brand Design Manager

About your key responsibilities and impact:

• Developing and implementing creative visual concepts for a variety of marketing materials, including advertising campaigns, printed and promotional materials, event booth designs, presentations, social media graphics, email campaigns, and more;
• Driving the evolution of the company’s visual identity and design presence;
• Ensuring brand consistency across all visual outputs, adhering to GR8 Tech’s brand guidelines;
• Partnering with Events and Marketing departments to align visual projects with business objectives;
• Creating and delivering high-quality materials for current daily tasks as well as for brand image projects: video, key visuals, and design systems for advertising campaigns;
• Collaborating closely with creative copywriters and designers to enhance the overall performance of the creative department and improve the brand’s design perception as a whole;
• Managing relationships with external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery;
• Estimating the time required for visual design projects, ensuring a balance between cost-effectiveness and maintaining high-quality standards;
• Keeping up with design trends, industry updates, and new technologies to deliver modern and innovative creative work;
• Guiding the design team.

Essential professional experience:

• 7+ years of professional experience in visual design or art direction roles, preferably in advertising or design agencies;
• Proven track record of producing high-quality visual content, including integrated production across online and offline channels;
• Familiarity with crafting visual campaigns targeted at EU markets;
• A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful creative projects is required;
• Expertise in design tools such as, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc; 
• Comprehensive understanding of visual branding principles and the ability to align creative outputs with business goals;
• Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics;
• Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively in a team environment;
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher.

Desirable skills and personal features:

• Experience in web development and/or motion graphics;
• Knowledge or working experience in the iGaming and/or B2B sectors.
