Viktor Ishkov

Chief Marketing Officer

Viktor is responsible for the global marketing and strategy of Parimatch Tech, including creating new brands for the holding. In particular, the creation of a corporate brand for a group of companies and a new brand of B2B direction, as well as the development of global marketing assets of the Parimatch brand.

Viktor’s responsibilities include working with key tools and channels: analytics and research, advertising, PR, activations, and the creation and development of communication strategies and platforms for external and internal audiences.


Viktor has over 18 years of experience in marketing, with hundreds of successful projects in advertising, promo, direct marketing and digital.

Viktor’s career in advertising started at Ogilvy in the role of an account manager, and in 7 years, he worked his way up to managing director. With the participation of Viktor, Ogilvy became “Agency № 1” in the ranking of professional reputation in Ukraine in 2011 and was awarded in the category “Agency of the Year” in Ukraine for four years in a row in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013. In 2012 Ogilvy received the award for “The Most Effective Agency in Europe” according to Effie + Warc, became the winner of 4 Cannes diplomas in the categories of Film, Promo&Activations and Direct and Digital, as well as won the Effie Grand Prix in 2014.

In 2014, the position of CEO of BBDO Ukraine became the next stage in Viktor’s career. From 2014 to 2021, the company was included in the TOP-3 professional reputation rating in Ukraine every year. Since 2015, the company has been awarded the “Marketing and Creative Agency of the Year” category for several years in a row in terms of the overall rating of creativity and efficiency indicators. In 2021, BBDO Ukraine named the best international marketing company in Ukraine.

With Viktor holding a managerial position, the company has received more than 30 Effie awards for effective marketing solutions, including 2 Grand Prix, as well as more than 100 local and international creative awards.

The list of the agency’s clients included international companies and brands, such as Mars, VISA, InBev, Pepsi, and Bayer, as well as the largest local brands of Eldorado, Nemiroff, Silpo and more than 50 others.

In 2017, Viktor became the Regional General Director of BBDO Ukraine and Central Asia. In Kazakhstan, Viktor has assembled an international team that has also achieved significant results in finance, customer relations and creativity. Over three years, the profit margin increased by 30%, and the revenue grew by 107%. Under his leadership, BBDO became the second agency in Central Asia — this was the highest result for ten years of operating in the region.

Since 2012, he has been a columnist for the print version of Forbes magazine for several years.


Viktor has a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine.

He also graduated from Harvard Business School with a degree in management.

While working at Ogilvy, Viktor completed a management development program in marketing communications and creative industry management.


Water sports, non-tourist travel (50+ countries), business literature and electronic music—Viktor has amassed a collection of over 500 vinyl records.
