About your key responsibilities and impact:
- Managing a large project or multiple smaller projects at a time;
- Developing comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, resource requirements, deliverables, and milestones;
- Defining project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with client or company goals;
- Managing budget, scope, and time, using estimation techniques, quality management, change management, and team management;
- Managing project budgets and allocation of resources, handling resource management;
- Contributing to change management;
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborating with company leadership to define team backlogs and roadmaps that align with project or business objectives;
- Managing diverse assignments and difficult client situations;
- Managing expectations and client relationships, handling client and company leaders’ expectations, business units, and clients to ensure the efficient operation of our delivery processes, contributing to long-term client relationships;
- Facilitating meetings, contributing to conflict resolution, negotiating resolutions;
- Managing objections from stakeholders and the team;
- Presenting progress reports, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing solutions.
Team Leadership & Resource Management:
- Managing people (project team and team at the departmental level);
- Assembling, managing, monitoring, and motivating global, cross-unit, cross-functional project teams for high performance;
- Assigning tasks, setting clear expectations, and providing guidance to project teams;
- Tracking task fulfillment, project results, achieving project goals in high-pressure environments;
- Contributing to recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
Quality Assurance:
- Planning and managing the quality assurance process in own projects.
Risk Management:
- Performing risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies, monitoring risks;
- Identifying potential problems and risks and developing comprehensive risk management plans;
- Implementing proactive measures to mitigate risks and ensure project success;
- Continuously monitoring and assessing project risks, adapting strategies as needed;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address emerging risks promptly.
Communication, Presentation & Negotiation Skills:
- Facilitating meetings, contributing to conflict resolution, negotiating resolutions.
Technology:
- Facilitating requirement gathering sessions;
- Actively deploying strong SDLC principles in managed projects.

- Having in-depth knowledge and experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Monday, job automation tools, KPI tracking, presentation tools, G-Suite);
- Having experience in tech & software development;
- Knowing SDLC;
- Knowing or being familiar with the e-gaming industry;
- Holding project management certifications (PMP, CSM, PRINCE2, CAPM);
- Knowing project management frameworks and methodologies (Waterfall, Hybrid, Agile, SAFe, Spotify, etc.);
- Having a C1-C2 level of English;
- Being fluent in Ukrainian or Russian.
