Bet Builder Reminder

At GR8 Tech, we're committed to continuously improving our clients' betting experience with innovative features. We're excited to announce the launch of our latest enhancement: the Bet Builder Reminder. This feature is designed to highlight the option of creating a Bet Builder bet right when players are making their betting decisions.

Key benefits:

  • Seamless integration and easy access: The Bet Builder Reminder is smoothly integrated into your players' regular user flow. As they browse events and markets, the reminder appears after they choose to bet on a market and add the outcome to their coupon. With a simple click on the banner, players are directed to the Bet Builder tab, with the selected outcome already included, as shown in the video.

  • Non-intrusive and timely: The Bet Builder Reminder enhances the user experience without being intrusive. It appears only once per event, providing a timely prompt for the Bet Builder option without repetitive notifications.

With the Bet Builder Reminder, players can easily explore the potential of combining multiple selections within a single event, maximizing their betting opportunities and excitement. This feature empowers you to encourage more Bet Builder bets, increasing awareness of betting options.

Improvement in Displaying Available Balance in Betslip

Key changes:

  • Available Balance Display: The betslip now shows only the amount available for sports betting, excluding funds locked in the casino. Previously, the total balance was displayed.

  • Error Message Update: If the bet amount exceeds the available sports betting balance but is less than the total balance, an error message saying “Part of funds locked in casino” will be displayed. This error is handled on the front end without a separate error code.

Example:

For a player with a total balance of 1500, where:

  • Main balance: 500

  • Locked sports funds: 200

  • Sports bonus: 300

  • Locked casino funds: 400

  • Slots bonus: 100

The available bet amount displayed in the betslip will be 1000 (500 + 200 + 300). If the bet amount exceeds 1000 but is less than 1500, the error “Part of funds locked in casino” will be shown.

Short Currency Name

You can now customize a short currency display for use in the betslip, bet history, and other pages across the site. This customization enhances the interface's usability and compactness, making it more user-friendly. For example, “USD” can be displayed as “$”, “EUR” as “€”, “UAH” as “₴”, “KZT” as “₸”, etc.

Visibility Rules

We now offer a flexible approach to configuring payment method display rules based on player parameters and behavior.

Benefits for our clients:

  • Customized Payment Experience: Payment methods can be tailored to specific players based on parameters such as:

    • Days since player registration

    • Specific player ID

    • Paid vs. organic traffic

    • Specific marketing traffic source tags

    • AMS segment assigned to the player

  • Improved Acceptance Rates and Player Metrics: Clients have a simple, powerful tool to manage payment methods for different player groups, leading to better player engagement and satisfaction.

  • Player Segmentation: Easily define payment methods for specific AMS segments, enabling quick adjustments to match player profiles.

  • Enhanced Anti-Fraud Capabilities: Secure payment methods by creating rules that assign unique payment options to specific users, bolstering your platform’s security.

Bonuses in Paygroups

We’ve released a new feature for Bonuses in Paygroups. Now, bonuses can be displayed either on the main grid of the Payment Widget or on specific pay groups, allowing us to target specific groups with tailored bonuses. This feature allows for more precise targeting of bonuses, enhancing the overall user experience.

How does it work?

Bonus information will be displayed on the Payment Widget in the following scenarios:

  • Bonus for all groups: The bonus is applied to all payment groups, as it worked previously.

  • Bonus for specific groups: The bonus is targeted to a specific group, which can be specified during setup in Journey Builder (CRM).

How to set it up:

  1. The merchant configures the bonus conditions in the CRM.

  2. The merchant specifies the payment groups eligible for the bonus.

  3. Information about these payment groups is sent from the CRM to the platform, and then the Payment Hub (PH) receives this data from IPPS.

  4. The player sees the bonus according to its configured terms.

👤 Player Account Management (PAM)

Casino Monitor

The Casino Monitor is a comprehensive list of all casino rounds in the Operator's system, designed to provide detailed information on casino bets, wins, losses, and more. In the details drawer, you can view specific transaction information related to each casino bet included in the round.

This is just the first stage of the Casino Monitor. In future releases, we plan to enhance it with the following features:

  • Profit information: Displaying how much the Operator earned from each round.

  • Risk casino segment.

  • Casino metrics, such as GGR, Total Rounds, Wins, and more.

Journey Builder: Ability to issue Free Spin bonuses on Playtech games

Our operators are now able to issue Free Spin bonuses on Playtech games. This significant update offers new advantages and expands possibilities for our clients:

  • Increased Player Engagement: Playtech's popular games attract a wide audience, driving higher player activity and retention on the platform.

  • Enhanced Player Retention: Free Spin bonuses are a powerful tool for keeping players engaged, encouraging them to stay longer and play more.

Journey Builder: Media Library Integration for Native & Web Push

The CRM stream has released the Media Library integration with native push and web push activities in Journey Builder (REA). CRM teams can now easily select images from the Media Library when configuring native push and web push activities. This update also includes automatically validating media file formats and sizes to ensure compliance with native and web push notification requirements.

Other Updates and Enhancements

Style Update in Gamification BO 

We are working on improvements in the Gamification Backoffice and its integration into the CRM Backoffice. The current update includes only visual changes to make GAM BO more similar to CRM BO.

Please clear the cache after the release to see the new style in GAM BO.

Updated guide for Gamification BO in Knowledge Hub

Add Event for Empty Prize in GAM 

We have added the new Еvent for receiving an empty prize in GAM. This will help control and reduce negative feedback if users are upset about receiving an empty prize. Information about this will be available in the Backoffice and in Journey Builder in the Event System.

Redirect to Instant Games in Promo Page & Randomizer 

We have added one more type of redirect for users to the Lobby of Instant Games for Casino Bonuses in the Promo Page or Randomizer. You can easily find this redirect in the dropdown menu if you need to redirect users to the Instant Game Lobby.
